Hotel Ideale Young People under 40

Calling such a structure a hotel is shameful, I didn't have high expectations but not so bad the room they gave me was truly disgusting as well as being dirty, non-existent shower broken and repaired with painter's tape. All the smallest comforts that a two-star hotel should provide were missing. I have never seen so much dirt in a room, dust everywhere and I won't tell you what was under the bed, it's such a shame I've never seen it. I wouldn't recommend such a structure to anyone and I still don't understand how it can be posted on social media like this, like TripAdvisor or others like it

Friendly staff but we weren't quite happy with the rest. I enter the very small room, very small bedside tables and dressers where you can't put almost anything on the bathroom. Horrid shower fixed with paper tape. As soon as the water was turned on the bathroom got all wet and I had to dry my hair. sanitary fixtures to be able to use them because there is no shower tray or curtain, Ah the shower is located in half an hour toilet and bidet. no air conditioning, there is a rotating blade TV micro where I don't know how much dust was on it, so much so that it fell in clumps when you ran your finger through it. Dust also on the headboard of my daughter's bed who, among other things, is allergic to dust. The next morning, looking for slippers, I looked under the beds and I won't tell you how dirty they are. I'm sorry but I really don't think we'll be back.

Prenoto su Booking, vedo che il check in termina alle 23, telefono per dire che ho avuto un problema e che sarei arrivata alle 23:20 e chiedere se ci sarebbe stata ancora la possibilità di fare il check-in (molti hotel lo consentono), seccamente mi viene detto di no e che posso pure annullare la prenotazione, io a quel punto dico in questo caso vedo di arrivare entro le 23:00 e il gestore mi risponde che non ho nemmeno pagato in anticipo (c’era scritto su Booking che non era necessario il pagamento anticipato, che avrei pagato al check-out) e mi dice testuali parole: lei può anche arrivare entro le 23:00 che io non la faccio entrare! Per fortuna ho subito trovato un altro hotel con personale gentile

Hotel a dir poco scadente stanze dell epoca della pietra sporche,colazione lasciamo perdere,non c’è parcheggio. Camere che danno sul terrazzo non riesci a dormire………………. Non c’è il condizionatore ma solo una ventola……………………………………….

Hotel veramente brutto. Docce inutilizzabili appese tra lavandino e water! Niente aria condizionata e una gran puzza di fogna. Prenotato con colazione a inizio agosto e scoperto che causa chiusura della stagione, avevano smesso di servirla la settimana precedente..... Mai più.

Hotel a 2 stelle che non merita neanche di essere chiamato tale. Dovrebbe chiudere per i servizi che non offre. Dovrebbero fare una normativa per la quale le strutture di questo genere debbano adeguarsi a determinati standard qualitativi. È vergognoso ed altamente anti igienico che nello stesso spazio del bidè, del water ci sia anche il bastone della doccia in unico e solo ambiente senza alcun box doccia senza alcun separè. Quando fai la doccia diventa un tutt’uno per la gioia dei patogeni (batteri, virus) che fanno festa. Veramente deplorevole. Per non parlare che su *********** le foto dei bagni non ci sono. Non ho trovato alcuna corrispondenza tra le foto online e la struttura reale. Per non parlare della colazione, altamente scadente, le posate sono sporche, i bicchieri anche, insomma sporcizia, polvere dappertutto. Mandate un ispezione, mandate chi volete ma chiudete questa struttura che non merita neanche di essere chiamata così. Punteggio? 0 tagliato.

Personale gentile e disponibile, Tutto il resto pessimo... Non avevo aspettative alte ma un minimo... Per esempio: No finestre No aria condizionata Sporcizia Posizione orribile (degrado) Colazione non fresca Camere piccole Prezzo troppo alto Doccia inesistente No finestre (in bagno) No stendi panni Ecc. Mi spiace dirlo ma "hotel da incubo" Sinceramente non dovrebbe neanche essere su siti importanti e da riferimento per i clienti.
