The staff were very friendly and polite, everything was clean and exactly what I expected. No hairdryer in the room but on enquiry one was available at reception. Excellent value for the money.

Hotel has recently had flooding problems so not fully reopened .However the top floor rooms were still functioning. Staff helpful as always

Quite a basic hotel. But clean and funtional. The location is good for Sleaford and is surrounded by fast food outlets. The staff were polite and helpful there isn't much to the hotel so not much else to write home about.

Was really pleased with my statement, the experience was better than I thought it was going to be, thus was due to the staff at the hotel who couldn't do enough for us and also the rm was so clean I would advise a visit if you need to stay in this area

I have been here a couple times and the staff and the rooms were absolutely amazing. The staff were very welcoming towards me when entering the building and if i ever asked then questions. The rooms were spotless, there were no stains on anything and the bed was made very neatly. I will definately continue to stay here in the future.

Three night stay here. Greeted by a happy, smiling receptionist. Room was basic but clean and airy. My only gripe was there are no mains sockets around the bed area, sockets were only at the ‘desk’. Apart from that all was good. I wouldn’t hesitate to book there again (but I would take a mains extension lead with me).
