The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Alto there was a problem with the door handle on our room. We were unable to wiggle it enough to get into the room. We had to ask twice for someone to come and let us into the room. As a result my husband and I were unable to go down to breakfast together because one of us needed to stay in the room to open the door for the other one. The staff all seemed to know that there was a problem but it didn’t appear that it was going to be fixed anytime soon.

Very convenient to interstate, shopping and restaurants. Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Carpet in Room and in hallway very dirty and in my room toilet handle broken I had a hard time connecting the handle to flush the toilet

I often stay at Hampton Inns. This was however a bit disappointing. The walls were thin so we could hear everything our neighbors on both sides were saying. HVAC made odd noises all night and our room was never cleaned over our 3 day stay (despite the sign that said it would be cleaned every other day). Breakfast was good as usual and the kitchen staff was very nice.

I've stayed at this hotel several times over the last 7 years. The condition has gone downhill since my last stay. Our hallway had several small space heaters in the floor as we walked to our room because the heat didn't work. The toilet handle came off in my hand as I flushed the toilet. The breakfast was not close to the one I had last time I stayed. It was the cheapest of ingredients you could buy.

Hamptons are a hit or miss, but this was one of the best we’ve stayed at. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was very tidy and clean. I didn’t find any questionable stains or hairs like I normally do in hotels. The room was updated and modern. Check in was easy and lady at the desk was very friendly.

Apparently the furnace was not working. They had 2 or 3 very small desk top heaters heating an entire 4th floor hallway.
The breakfast biscuits were not cooked completely, they looked good on the outside, but raw dough on the inside.
I was supposed to get an emailed receipt but never received one. The 12 people in our group have decided to try someplace else next time we’re in Kansas City.

It was ok. Lot of road noise. Super clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was ok but it's hard to complain about free.
