Kempinski Hotel Bahía

We had an amazing time! I would opt to eat out for dinner if I was to return but lunch options are great and the drinks are fantastic! Great facilities.

Beautiful hotel! Staff were so helpful and the service was amazing. The rooms were clean and the housekeepers always checked in morning and evening to make sure we had everything. The restaurant’s food was so delicious every evening as we ate there 3 evenings. The staff at the restaurant were always so accommodating.

We had a wonderful time once again the Kempinski Estepona. Our heart felt thank you to all staff we will miss you. Thanks 😘

I booked several days in advance and specifically requested a good room. Despite paying 650€ per night, I was given a room with no privacy at all: • The balcony faces directly into other guests’ balconies. • The “view” I paid for is nothing more than other people watching me. • I have to keep the curtains closed at all times, otherwise it feels like I’m sharing the room with other customers. • When I asked for another room, I was told “no availability” – not a surprise. For this price, the stay is unacceptable. No comfort, no privacy, and no proper service. I expected luxury, but instead I feel completely misled and disappointed.

I took my two children on a last minute trip to Kempinski Bahia this week and we are all returning home with only amazing things to say about our stay. EVERYTHING has been excellent, from the room, the pools, the food, the location - but what stood out to me the most was the excellent service and caring staff. My son unfortunately twisted his ankle after 2 days and the staff (extra thank you to Diego) helped to ice and wrap his ankle, the reception sent both our kids treats to the room and even provided us with a wheelchair the next day so that I didn’t need to carry around my son (who is 11). A massive thank you for everything and I highly recommend anyone considering visiting Estepona or the Marbella area to consider the Kempinski Bahia.
