The location was OK, near some of the bars etc, the hotel offers pool, gym and sauna but these are only available 10-6, so if uou arrive late and leave early you can't use them. Staff seemed a bit stuffy to be honest, but probably sick of British tourists. The breakfast was the highlight lots of options. We had a room with a view of a building site and the workman using circular saws thankfully woke me up at 9am. Not great but for this area probably priced about right.

The hotel is on a hill, you can go out the back of the hotel but there is a few steps to navigate. The place is clean and the rooms are nice. The meals are average, they are typical of what these types of hotels are serving to their guests now. The breakfast is probably best meal of the day. I am half board, would not come all-inclusive as the bar service is so slow no rush. I waited the other night 15 minutes to be served and there was only two people in front of me and I was paying for the drinks. So I would either come half board or self catering not worth paying the extra unless you get a good deal. Plenty of good bars and restaurants around the area and they are good value for money. The pool is not open to 10 am and closes about 18:00. If you want a good sunbed you have to que which I refuse to do. I really hate that, I can understand why they do it to stop ****** putting their towels on the sunbeds at 3 am and then going back to bed. The staff are friendly but overworked I would hate to come in July and August as I could imagine it been packed out. The building work across the road is not as bad as some of the reviews I have read. Just request a pool side room if you want to make sure you don't get disturbed in the morning. To be honest I have had no issues with noise. Nice hotel you will have a good time if you have booked here no major issues. But if I was to come back again to Costa Del Sol I would try a different hotel. The only negative thing I can say about coming here is the airport we had to que on arrival for over two and half hours to get through passport control ques were a mile long. I can see why there have been reports of people collapsing while waiting to get through passport control. July and August will be a nigh**are if they don't get that sorted quickly. If passport control is not sorted I would look to book somewhere else in Spain or Europe.

We'll arrive May 17th, great hotel and we are so happy to stay there again. Fantastic pool and garden, good food mobning and egeninteresse, really nice entertainment and the whole staff is FANTASTIC 👍😃 Just read this from another guest, and it's news for us: "We have just returned the pool is great with sunbeds. Just to give u the heads up you can not use cash at the hotel you have to wear a wrist band with a disc inside it gets u in your room and you can put money on it at reception to buy your drinks or use a credit card the bar can not tell u how much u have on it so u have to keep asking at reception u also have to wear it when going into the restaurant for food as the chip in it will give them your room number. We found this very annoying." I think that will be fine for us,

One of the best hotels I have stayed in! I have stayed in many 5* hotels and this by far is up there!! Amazing value for money. Everyone is so friendly, food is stunning, rooms are newly refurbished with excellent air con and the entire resort is clean. Beautiful stay.

Great Location, Staff very pleasant considering the shortage of them ! Rooms were clean , very easy going hotel, probably best going half board as we were all inclusive and felt you got more for your money on Half board. Biggest problem is a system they have at the bar, where when you order anything it had to be found on a little hand held tablet then your wrist band had to be scanned which was causing very long queues the staff were put under a lot of pressure , how they kept their cool I dont know as they must have heard people moaning about it all the time. Shame, its a nice hotel.

Just returned from a week st this hotel. We are both in our late 70’s and were looking for some warmth! Enjoyed our week. Pleasant room, very attractive public areas and the food was reasonable. The position of the hotel was next to the marina and also near a bus top for travel around the area. The holiday was very reasonably priced but thought that having to pay for towels for swimming and a charge to use the room safe, didn't reflect a 4 star hotel!
