Carina Beach Resort - 10Mins Walk to Benaulim Beach

Had a wonderful stay. Experience of restaurant was great, special mention to “Sushma” for her great hospitality and the care she took during dinner and breakfast time. Such members add value to your memories.

It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Food is excellent and the Restaurant team under Aleixo Savio is very good. A big shout out to Aleixo Savio!! The day reception team with Bill and Cizelle are pathetic, oversmart... atleast they think they are from their behaviour, condescending... rude and basically ***nerless. The initial room given to us was not up to the mark and we had to change for certain reasons. The owner was extremely helpful in resolving the room issue. After checkout, and after leaving the hotel and returning to Pune, my mother rang for the owners telephone number as she needed to contact the owner for something... these two wonderful individuals de***ded to know why and then cut her off!! With several follow up calls which went unanswered from reception, it was clear that they were purposely not taking her phone calls. Talk about lack of good ***ners and decency!! Neither of us understand what the problem is and neither do we want to waste time trying to understand, but the front office staff during the day, need to improve their customer relations.... and leave much to be desired of! Please understand that you are not doing anyone a favour by being pleasant... it's expected of you... however trying a customer may be!! The person handling night reception during our stay was excellent! He made enquiries and was genuine in his approach!! A big shout out to him... (I apologise for not knowing his name.) Housekeeping is okay... could be ***aged better and they are trying. The hotel has an old world charm to it... a pool, grounds which are maintained and tastefully done. This is a place worth staying in. It has it's own charm and is nicely run. I would certainly recommend this to anyone travelling within a budget.

On entry friendly people at reception when arrived in room it was more like for a back Packers very bland fridge broken room was not ready properly when they said it was when I said about all issues of the room the service was very good and sorted straight away cleaning was very good if you are hoping for the picture you see when booking it does not look like the loverly picture very bland decorating need a tweek of updating bed was comfatable we enjoyed our stay when we got used to our room nice balcony to sit on to chill staff was friendly

This is the worst hotel in Goa. It’s not even a basic hotel. It’s like some roadside motel ***ned by an extremely indifferent and rude ***. It looks haunted and located in an isolated place. The washrooms are dirty, mirrors broken, rooms are stingy and smelly and food, esp breakfast is pathetic. Check the photos.

Just returned back from the Carina Beach Benaulim, with my 10 year old son. Beautiful kept gardens, theo loved his daily kick about playing football with staff. Nice rooms and comfortable. Staff are good and would do anything to help you and would always have a smile , but the biggest shout out goes to silvester on reception...a lovely *** who goes above and beyond . I spent 5 weeks at the Corina during February and March 23 and review it as a budget 3 star hotel. Located in a quieter area about 1 km from centre of Benaulim It has 32 rooms with extensive gardens and pool and is very quiet. The rooms are large and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were mainly Indian food but the staff willingly cooked food to my liking. I ate there on an evening twice and the food was good. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay that there and would not hesitate to return

There is absolute peace at resort. Like one likes when on a holiday. There are swings for children. Pool for everybody. Lovely outside seating areas. Food is good. Staff is humble and polite. Trinity beach abd benaulim beach both are very close. Play area for kids is also there. Just one suggestion for ***agement make pool area with partition for kids also. Definitely worth staying experience.

We (Me and my family of 3) had the opportunity of visiting Carina Beach Resort in the month of October 2021 It was a pleasure to stay at Carina Beach Resort. The scenery was excellent, and the staff was accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The resort offers the perfect mix of modern accommodations and traditional charm, coupled with incredible views from the back porch. I looked for a relaxing spot to get away from the craziness of the city, and Carina Beach Resort was exactly what I was looking for! It's peaceful, calming, and all-around perfect. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and happy. And they're not just there to hang out with you - they want to help you with anything that will make your stay comfortable. After a long day at the beach, I always like to go up to their lawn and relax. It's relaxing to watch the stars come out and the sound of birds in the sky. Lot has to do with the ***agement especially Neville and his family who have been in the industry for a long time. Their warmth and willingness to help are infectious. It is located just 1km away from Benaulim beach, which gives it a bonus.
