房間衞生堪憂，一進門和網上圖片完全是兩模兩樣、煙灰缸裏是有煙灰的，拖鞋是別人穿過沒放到原處的，牆面地板都是臟兮兮的、包括牀頭櫃都破的爛的，衞生間更不用講了、花灑是壞掉的，根本沒辦法洗澡、房間是租户改成的名宿，臟亂差！！！！隔音也是相當的差差的，隔壁打呼嚕的聲音都能聽到，一大早上還旁邊裝修吵得要死。Wi-Fi密碼也是連不上的，和房間內貼的完全不一樣！！還得要問前台才行，另外投影房也是看不了投影的，也沒權限。也得要找前台，真是醉醉的。
網上宣傳圖和線下一點都不符、忘記拍圖了，總而言之大家不要被騙了！！！此名宿衹值幾十塊錢！！！

位置非常好找一下子就可以找到了，房間乾淨整潔，整體住的比較不錯，挺舒服的，客服服務態度好，也比較熱情，酒店樓下也比較好，打車也非常方便

服務很不好！！！問她什麼，回覆非常慢，到後面甚至不回了，態度不好，訂好房間説到前台，也沒有説加微信什麼的，我們4點到樓下找不到前台店面，打電話問她説沒有前台，而且衞生還沒打掃好要我們等一會，ok那我們等，我們説那房間在哪裡發個定位，她説你不是到樓下了嗎語氣很不耐煩，後面投影發黃問她説師傅下班了，那我們説第二天修也可以，就不回覆了，不想修就不想修説什麼下班了找藉口，後面再問微信就裝看不見根本不理，你幹酒店服務，那我們有問題就應該儘快回覆能解決最好，解決不了至少態度好點吧！！！護髮素裏面有雜質，有點像沉澱結塊，洗髮水護髮素用了之後頭髮癢。wife密碼掃碼是錯的，第二天看投影需要授權問根本不回覆，打電話説，搞好了她也不回覆微信，我們就等，之後打電話問還不耐煩説已經搞好了，請問呢，説一下能怎麼樣？
