Disclaimer: the booking price per night I secured was cheap, considering it was last minute and during peak period. Upon arrival, property exterior looked nice and worth of the 4 stars but personally that was the climax of it as everything else was sub-par. Swimming pool was decent with a max depth of 1.2m. In-room experience: toilet seat was broken and there was no hair dryer. The balcony seemed overkill as it was quite sizeable but empty. Perhaps it is for the beachfront vibes but there is a wall covering any view (good for privacy though) Breakfast: only made it once for the buffet breakfast and the spread was limited. Again, below the 4 star touted. Service: this is where they saved their honour. Staff were friendly, great, and accommodating to requests. Location: very near to the beach and away from city, making it an idyllic place. However, maybe as it is the festive season, 2 out of 4 nights we were woken up by super loud music (and vibrations) coming from the event stage located opposite the property. All in all, pretty good for a newly opened hotel and at the price point (＜SGD80/night) means no complaints. But it is at most 3 star level to me

Great place, quiet, excellent staff, friendly black cat too🐈⬛️ The place has no lift, but everything was accessible. They have a good terrace and a rooftop. Can smoke as well and bring your takeaway food to eat, with tables and chairs & enjoy your meal under the calm 🌃🌇🌙 🌟 🤩 The address is a little confusing when you book Grab, indicate the hotel name to be sure and you will see it by the roadside...

The hotel is a bit old, but the room was very spacious. The lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and helpful. The breakfast was also delicious. A special mention for the large swimming pool and gym, though I didn't get to use them. I highly recommend the frog porridge next door to the hotel, it's really tasty!

This is our first time as a family to Batam. My choice of hotel is very accurate, the location of the hotel is close to the Batam center ferry. Around the hotel close to restaurants. Customer friendly service. The receptionist & the owner of the hotel are very customer friendly. Reasonable price. The hotel location is close to Batam city center.

Hotel close to food. Clean room. Quick and easy check in and check out. Quite close to the harbor

Hotel was newly built and hence facilities and room is spacious and clean. There was coffee machine in room which was a nice touch.Hotel is quite near Batam centre ferry terminal. However they only provide one bathrobe and one hand Should have provided 2 for 2 guests in room. no other amenities like shower cap or toothbrush is provided.I would stay here again if price is reasonable

Room are nice. But the bed sheet is very thin. My second day, the towel unavailable so i wait untill night not to shower because dont have towel. And i request from 2PM, the staff said that they have laundry problem. But everything is nice. The car entrance of the hotel is very dangerous so be careful.
