Hotel Las Vegas

The hotel is good, the dining room and room staff are charming. The bad experience was because they stole my purse from the dining room. They don't ask for your room number nor is there surveillance, you can see the cameras that came in from the street. I filed a complaint and the person who helped me was arrogant and nothing human. Later we found out that she was the unpresentable manager or owner. The clients who were very affectionate with me thought it was impossible how he treated me. It's a shame that there are people like that in charge of a business.

I am going to inform future clients of the Las Vegas Benidorm hotel. -unbeatable situation, you walk out the door and have everything at hand, leisure, shops...etc. -It is an old hotel but very well maintained and above all very clean, let's not forget that it is a two star hotel. -The workers are very kind and very friendly. -the rooms are not bad, little soundproofing and you can hear the snoring of those next door -the worst.....the meals, very little variety, they cook well, but you have to adapt to a few dishes, one fish, one meat and little else. It's the worst

In the center and close to the beaches. Good food, excellent service and treatment. Spacious and clean room, it's a shame it has a bathtub instead of a shower. Small pool. Very good quality-price ratio. We will be back.

In July 2019 I wrote an opinion and I am very sorry that I cannot insist on it. Well, what happens in Las Vegas stays in Las Vegas? No way! To say that this time (End of March and beginning of April 2022 room on the fifth floor.) I was largely disappointed with the buffet. The reception, cleaning and ambiance services are very good; but the buffet is worth it. From the outset I think that they should have information about the dishes that comprise it at the entrance to the dining room, to know what type of fish they offer. I am aware that for the price they cannot offer more quantity than the daily menu of a modest restaurant, but they can offer it hot and well prepared: the roast rabbit does not have to come with sauce and tomato, the hamburgers will not be too cooked (all dry in flavor and many burnt) and rice with things not called paella. And above all, the food is hot and that can be fixed by bringing less quantity on the tray and changing it every so often. The fish with no known name and cold... If you want to heat it, the waitress offers to take it to the kitchen and do it herself, at the temperature she wants, with how easy it would be to have a microwave available. I prefer not to talk about the waitress and, despite everything, respect her work and her gossip with customers. Please! This is all the fault of the hotel management, which does not monitor the kitchen service because with little interest, the staff would not do what they really want, preparing the food poorly. The only thing I save from the buffet is the breakfast and the cold cuts, which since they don't have to prepare much in the kitchen deserves my approval. For this reason the hotel is fine if you simply take a room and breakfast. I would like this opinion to reach the hotel management, those directly responsible for everything I comment here. And if you think I'm lying or exaggerating, tell me, because that's why I identify myself at the beginning of the comment.

Para ser un hotel de 2 estrellas está más que bien. Calidad - Precio Las habitaciones cómodas La comida aunque muy poca variedad, pero buena de sabor. Y sobre todo muy buena ubicación, cerca de todas las tiendas, Mercadona, playa de Poniente y ayuntamiento.

El hotel en si no está mal trabajadores muy amables comedor pequeño y buffet algo justo pero siempre tienes algo para comer habitaciones no están mal aunque algo pequeñas los desayunos no están mal área de piscina pequeña es un hotel con años pero no está mal para su precio está a cinco minutos de playa y al lado de todas las calles comerciales
