What a gem of a hotel. This is the best hotel we have stayed in since we started to come to Benidorm. Food excellent, reception staff excellent, bar staff excellent, restaurant staff excellent, cleaners excellent. There is nothing I can fault with this hotel. The manager can be seen daily walking and talking to staff and guests. A great location for the old town (5 minutes) the beach (7 minutes) and we are not fast walkers. You do not get dropped off at the door but that is the case with many hotels in Benidorm. Our room was on the 11th floor overlooking the pool, these rooms have sun most of the day so it is a pleasure to sit on the balcony. We have booked the hotel for our Xmas stay and look forward to once again staying the Princesa Hotel. Please keep up the excellent standards. We look forward to seeing everyone in December.

Second visit, hotel position is very good, near the old town but a little walk to the beach and the hustle and bustle of the British area. The hotel is very clean and the food is very good and varied, the catering staff do a great job, considering the amount of people that they serve. The bar service in the lounge area is quick and served with a smile. Went as a couple but lots of families whose children seemed to be having a great time.will definitely be going again.

We arrived on 30th March at 11:30am and checked in to our room straight away which was quite surprised at after reading that check in for rooms is not until 4pm. We were allocated Room 1502A which is one of the family rooms overlooking the children's pool and splash zone. The views from the balcony were sea view (with a partial view of Benidorm Island) and the view from the bathroom window is of the mountains and Terra Mitica theme park in the distance which I saw clearly when zoomed in with my camera. We were dropped off and picked up by Poseidon Palace for airport transfers as the coaches aren’t able to get up to the hotel with it being a narrower street. The Poseidon Palace is a few minutes walk from the hotel, but the road is a little steep. The room itself had in 2 double beds, a mini fridge which had in 2 bottles of water in which needed to be paid for if used. We did have a large bottle of water in the room on arrival. We just used the fridge for what we bought outside of the hotel. There is a large wardrobe with plenty of space and a safe which cost 10 euros for the week to hire. I recommend doing this as I read a lot of reviews about people’s valuables being stolen from the hotel (including passports). The bathroom has a decent shower with a choice of two shower heads (we used the one overhead rather than the one against the wall), shampoo, hair conditioner and body wash is provided so no need to take your own. The outdoor swimming pool is cold in April, didn’t stop my teenage daughter swimming in it in the afternoon when the sun comes out to that side of the hotel. There is an indoor swimming pool that can be used for free for 1 hour. Anything after that or if you want to use the sauna/steam room the charge is 7 euros. Swim caps must be worn in the indoor pool, and towels must be used. The indoor swimming pool is to the left of reception, and has its own reception desk. Towels can be hired from the swimming pool reception for free if using the indoor pool, or 5 euros if using the outdoor pool or the beach. The swim caps are 3 euros each, flip flops must also be worn in the indoor pool area. There are tables, chairs and a few loungers around the indoor pool as well. The restaurant had a great option of food for each meals, although I did find the hot food at breakfast a bit repetitive but had a lot of choice so had something different every day. Fruit, bread, meat and cheese options were plentiful as well. There is also the option to get a picnic ordered from the hotel reception if going on an excursion which needs to be ordered by 7:30pm the night before and picked up on the morning from the restaurant. Be aware though that you have to make the sandwiches yourselves, they are not pre-made like we have had in other hotels. The breakfast starts at 8am, lunch starts at 1pm and dinner starts at 7:30pm. The all inclusive card has to be produced on arrival at the restaurant and again when ordering drinks in the restaur

Stayed here with my mum for 5 nights. We had a room on the 11th floor with a pool view. Food was very nice with plenty of choice. Drinks were reasonably priced. Enjoyed the pina coladas. The hotel is based between the new and old town. The staff were all very friendly The entertainment was ok, even had a dancing bar man. Would definately return.

Honest review. I travelled with Tui and they don’t drop you off at hotel but way down the hill and around the corner. It took me 15 minutes to walk there by the time I dragged my case and got across a busy road and got up the hill. Then you have to do that to get picked up on your way back. Totally unacceptable seeing how your on the bus for over an hour up and down more narrow hilly streets than the one this hotel is on. Totally bad management, this is just to save money and not in the best interested of the customers. Although the hotel say Tui is at fault and not them. (Which I accept) Then into the hotel. The reception is small compared to the actual size of hotel with no seating area, long queue waited 30 minute’s to be told my room wasn’t ready at 2.30 in the afternoon. Had to wait until 4pm for room. Got room and it was honestly like a prison cell. Small square room bed up against the wall. NO balcony. No welcome pack to tell you how the hitel works. Apparently all the solo rooms are at the back of hotel over looking the play area that have children screaming all day until midnight. It would make more sense for the play area to be where the family rooms are. No single rooms have a balcony, no where to dry Towels etc. Even though i paid more for my room than a couple sharing a double room Totally not expectable. Although the hotel will say that Tui is at fault and not them. ( Which i DO NOT accept) I asked for a room with a balcony on a lower level and was told I could be moved to a different floor 4 days later but same room no balcony. I was willing to pay for a room with a balcony but was told the hotel was totally full and could only be moved to another single room. The lifts were a nightmare ti use and you constantly had to wait in queue to get on one. There is suppose to be an outside bar which didn’t open until 11am then closed at various times during the day or no staff manning it, so you had to hang about for ages to get served or you had to go to main bar. The outside bar did not provide any food. There was suppose to be a van that served food however that was only opened 2 days i was there when it was a Spanish holiday. We asked why it was closed and told they were not enough people in hotel to open it. However i was told the hotel was full and that’s why I couldn’t get a room with a balcony. So someone not being honest!!! This hotel is not like most all inclusive hotels there is no buffet snack bar to help yourself to all day like normal. There is only toasties or hotdogs at the bar which are not the most appetising. Also even though you wear a Al band you still have to show your room card every time you are in restaurant or bar for a drink or even asking for water if you forget your card the staff take the huff. Every member of staff reading your card knows your name and room number which I was not comfortable with. Food was ok not brilliant and not much choice. The salad and br

Also this spring enjoyed our stay at hotel Princesa. Upon entering the lobby, we immediately felt at home again. Friendly staff, good meals with plenty of variety, clean rooms and varied entertainment in the evening with lots of live music.

We arrived at the hotel on the 26th March and are staying for 10 days, weather has been “ok” a bit cloudy but sunny and warm enough to sunbathe on most days! Check in - check in was quick and hassle free, friendly reception staff who were helpful. Wi-Fi - they take an email address on arrival for your Wi-Fi code for your stay, Wi-Fi is quick and reliable all around the hotel. Room - the rooms are nice, clean and tidy, small bath and shower and there is shower gel, shampoo and conditioner etc.. Food - me and my partner are both vegan and we were a bit worried about what we would eat when we were at the hotel as it’s usually very difficult to find vegan food that isn’t just chips and salad. We spoke to a lovely lady called Rocio and explained our dietary requirements, she was absolutely fantastic! We had vegan steak, vegan chicken fillets, chickpea curry, vegan pizza and vegan paella which was all very tasty! This absolutely made our holiday so special, Rocio also got us some vegan ice creams for dessert. She is an absolute legend! Pool - pool area was nice and clean, lots of sun beds around (we did arrive in low season so that might be why) pool was extremely cold so we just treated it as an ice bath on a couple of days! Kids Entertainment - lots of entertainment for the kids, trampolines, go karts, basketball, football and mini golf. At 9pm the kids club opens and they have PS5s, PS4s switches and Xbox, you can sign the kids in to the club at 9 and it finishes at around 11pm. My 10 year old nephew absolutely loved it there! Dinner at 7.30, football at 8.30 and kids club 9-11! Entertainment - usual daytime activities like pool, darts, rifle shooting etc.. it’s mainly based in the downstairs games room, they don’t walk around the pool to sign people up so if you want to join in it’s best to turn up at the correct time in the games room. Night enterainment- always some shows in the hotel, singers and acts were always on. We went onto the ***** most nights to watch comedians tributes which were brilliant! Overall I would definitely stay at this hotel again, very relaxing holiday and great vegan food which was our main focus!

The hotel was nice, clean and pleasurable. We were a bit let down by the weather and consequently the pool was so cold it was unusable but there is a small indoor pool to use for one hour free each day. We want to personally thank Rocio, who works in restuarant. Myself and my partner are both vegan, and the buffet had very minimal options for us (boiled vegetables, chips etc) so we approached the waiting team to see if there was anything they could do. Rocio straight away knew what to do and made sure we have had different options each night - personally made for us. We’ve had seitan steaks, chickpea curry, vegan chicken fillet, risotto, vegan sausages, vegan pizza FULL of vegetables - you name it. She even personally bought us vegan ice creams for dessert. An incredible thank you to her and the kitchen staff for being so accommodating for us. It is always difficult travelling as a vegan, especially in hotels, but Rocio really made our holiday! Thank you Rocio! Vegans - you know who to go to when staying at this hotel!
