Magic Natura Holidaymakers Benidorm ‍‍‍✈️ thank you for making my grandson 1st holiday abroad so magical. Home and finally had a chance to get some sleep. So will give my honest feedback and review. When I 1st looked at the reviews I had mixed feelings so many moans about different things. Have divided up the review so that it helps others in future Check in went smoothly we arrived just after 3ish our room was ready but i know others had to wait as their rooms were not. This can be the only negative i would say as it can be a late check in but you can use the facility while you wait. the staff where so welcoming chatted away asking questions to grandson and always happy to help when we had to go back for anything. A buggy took us to our cabin which was away at the top of the hill. Having some mobility issues that hill was a killer but we managed it and used the bus that runs every 10-15 mins. Rooms They have everything that you need for the stay although the furniture is tired and needing replaced it was still functional. We had a fridge & microwave & kettle. The beds were 2 singles put together to make a large king & a pull out bed that had the TV above it. The shower had some mould around the base and the pressure in the toilet sometime didn't work when 1st flushed . Cleaners came in ever day and the room was moped beds made and towels replaced when needed. The cleaning staff were lovely. We had to get them up to chance my grandson bedding when he was sick and they arrived soon after we had asked reception with a friendly smile cleaned the bedding and wishes him well soon Facility/ restaurants. OK so this is where my review becomes mixed. Your staff are amazing at the desk. The ladies Mabel and Ann always welcome you with a smile and so happy to welcome everyone. The staff inside looked stressed sometime but still pleasant when you said thank you and hello, especially if you said it in Spanish The restaurant 3 was the one we used as didn't book the others, so I can't comment There is something for everyone to eat even though the layout is strange bread in on part but the butter and spreads away at the other side of the restaurant. The hot food was mostly covered and always hot. Choice of meat meat and more meat with some vegetables. The salad bar meat and cheese this needs some consideration food presented beautifully but unfortunately it's let down by not being covered so there is flies on or around the food all the time so can be off putting. The kids selection well that could be improved not much choice of child food grandson lived off chips crisps and toast for most of the time there. He just didn't like the food on offer. He loves pizza but for some reason it was always only ham pizza. The square was a good place to relax have a drink and good entertainment before evening meal. There is an ice cream truck but the staff well the young lad would ignore you as they sat on their phones even when they knew you were there. Didn't a

Just returned from a lovely 2 weeks in this resort..5th visit & it just gets better every time! All the staff are amazing ..reception, bar staff, entertainment, gardeners, cleaners..everyone has always gone above & beyond to make us feel welcome (I’ve read previous reviews saying otherwise but if you’re polite to them they are 100% always polite back) We love the new premium all inclusive concept..the premium restaurant was such a pleasure to dine in ❤️ so calm, no queues & food was great! No queues at the bar 👍🏼 Definitely worth the upgrade! Entertainment gets better every time..our personal favourites are aqua Zumba, the Halloween scary maze, costume party & the white coast street dancing! The Michael Jackson experience always entertaining too 💯😂 The drinks are the best I’ve ever had in any all inclusive resort..I will miss my daily mojito 🍹 The themed restaurants are delicious..the new rice restaurant in the afternoon was a massive hit with all of us! We had lunch out at Maui in Benidorm as part of the all inclusive which was so nice! I think with all that’s included (zoo, water park, food/drink available all day until midnight & the amazing staff!) you definitely get your moneys worth! Looking forward to seeing you all again next year 💙☀️ thank you for another great holiday guys!

Loved this place exactly the kind of holiday we hoped for. The zoo & aquapark were fab! The resort itself is lovely, could do with a play park as the nearest one is all the way in the zoo but lodges are great & cleaned daily mini fridge and towels refreshed daily :) The buffets were varied and you won't go hungry, although alot of the meat is pork not great if you don't eat pork like us. They should keep the hot drinks machines on all day & night in my opinion they only have this in the morning The themed restaurants I was Realy looking forward to but were all overrated, basically food from the buffet but with the horrible smell from the zoo whilst eating. as there outside this was a big put off for me. Sea lion experience is a must! Amazing! Levante beach in benidorm is stunning warm water white sand, Benidorm new town & old is worth a visit lots of lovely souvenir shops! Maui's beach front restaurant which is included in the package (inclusive plus) 5 star food but rude guy owner manager not sure, still glad I booked that on the app. Pizza delivery to the lodge was a nice touch too. Even though the weather was lush when we visited the water in the pools was incredibly cold everyone was commenting on this even at 27 28 degrees very cold water still. Also just to note the food offerd to natura customers at the waterpark is poor quality & very minimal like a prison meal so eat at the buffet before you go The only thing that saddend me was the conditions the lions, leopards & crocodiles are living in there enclosures are just far to small. Very very sad. As for the rest of the animal acres of space which makes me wander why they don't extend there habitats. Also don't waste your time or money on the nighttime zoo tour as my husband booked this to be told all the big cats are locked away at night and there the main animals that you'd want to see at night he did not receive a refund and this is why we have given 4 stars not 5 overall perfect family holiday Will definitely be back or will visit one of the sister resorts next time.

Staff seemed begrudgingly helpful, also when we arrived at 2am the guy that drove the buggy to our lodge stank of alcohol. Our lodge was well located but the bathrooms and water smelt of sewage, but was ok once we aired the room. Like the heading says the food was really poor breakfast was bad lunch slightly better and diner average also went to the Italian and walked out food was that bad. Also lots of little things like no one told/ gave us the cups you need to get drinks at the bar etc. we had good weather and made the most of our stay we hired a car which was a saviour. Wouldn’t go back

We've just returned from a week in Magic Natura, I think we had been given high expectations as it really didn't live up to the hype that we'd read about, for us, personally. I'll start with the bad points first ... The room we were in was tired and dated, the shower flooded every time we used it, there was quite a lot of mould on the outside of the shower door too and the wood skirting was also all swollen and warped. The bedding never seemed to be changed either, it had always just been the case of the beds being made up with the old bedding. The floors in our room were always quite dirty, despite the cleaner being in every day and one of the tables had biro pen marks over it so a bit neglected. The shower gel in our shower ran out a few days before our last day and was never refilled, luckily we had our own with us but I would have thought this is something the cleaners would have checked? The other main complaint we had was the thin walls between the adjoining cabin, to the point where we could hear our neighbour snoring, which resulted in us getting a poor night's sleep most nights, but also you could hear every step and door shutting in the next cabin. We had used the kids club once for about 2 hours one morning, but in all honesty, there wasn't much going on, the kids were playing with a balloon when we went to collect them, so we didn't use the kids club after that. I would have thought that given the size of the resort and facilities on hand that they would have had a better kids entertainment experience but that wasn't what we found. The main square where the main bar was, was quite lacking in entertainment too at night, it was a nice place to sit and have a drink but the entertainment seemed to stop at around 7-7:30pm and I think this would have been an excellent place to sit and chill as an alternative to the mini disco. The pools are quite small and often very busy, I think a resort that size should have a bigger main pool but maybe they are restricted as to where they can build the pool areas, we did notice a lot of people placing towels on the sun loungers and leaving the area which was a bit selfish but I understand the hotel can't do much about that. The pool at reception was meant to close at 7pm and the notice said 7pm but when we went there a few times the lifeguard shut the pool at 6pm and we feel the pool should have been opened before 10am as those with young children are often up well before 10am and it's a long time to wait. The smell of the drainage/sewers is a real issue, when sitting in the main square and also at the mini disco the smell coming from the drains was really, really unpleasant to the point where we had to leave. There were also a LOT of flies, but I understand that we're up in the mountains and near a lot of animals, although the flies were very annoying especially in the main restaurant where we noticed a lot of flies around the food and our table. The food was ok, but we often found that re

Our first family holiday- 7 adults & 7 children ages 6months, 2years, 3years, 5years, 7years, 9 years and 12years. We arrived at the hotel at around 11am last Wednesday morning, check in was around 30mins, they require your booking confirmation to be printed out, very old school but they printed out for us -to make it quicker I would print out yourself before arrival. Once this is done you pay €1 per cup voucher for around the pool side, this is refunded back to you at the end of your stay providing you still have the receipt, I didn’t so didn’t get my money back, it was only €2 but I’m sure I wasn’t told that I had to keep the receipt to receive my refund & a lot of people don’t get this info either they are make a few € off people daily who haven’t kept their receipts. Access to lodges isn’t until 5pm, which I thought was 3pm before arrival but it’s fine as they have a luggage room and a large toilet for you to get changed into after arrival. You have access to all facilities from the moment you arrive, so waiting around for your lodge isn’t too bad. Lodges are very clean, perfect size and really nice. Only negative about the lodges was the cleaners just made the beds & never changed the bedsheets, so for a week I was sleeping in the same bedsheets, which wasn’t very nice when my baby had a poo explosion on them earlier in the week. Mini fridge is replenished free of charge with soft drinks, we were given two beers & a bottle of cava too although I didn’t drink them. I was in lodge 4213 which is the other end of the resort and was a hilly 15/20 min walk to restaurants, however there is a bus that goes around the resort that is easy to get on. First 4/5days I walked everywhere but then bus the last 2/3days. We had a late breakfast, which after travelling from 3am was mediocre as best, we thought oh gosh is it going to be like this all week, thankfully we had a better experience at dinner time that night. For the rest of the week food was plentiful and varied. Make it to meal times earlier rather than later or you will be left with little choice, food is replenished throughout the evening although maybe 30-45mins before they stop replenishing and you are left with not very much choice. Always something to eat, I think it was only one night I ate a plate of chips & cucumber 😂 I did arrive at 9.30pm though. Ice creams available at all bars, in the restaurants and also there is an ice cream van in the square, drinks were nice, slushy available too, pool bars also do crisps, donuts, sandwiches & savoury pastries too, which is all included. Pools were freezing cold, not one heated pool although this didn’t bother the kids as they were all in there all days we were by the pool. You can also see the Elephants from the infinity pools, lovely to see. Easy access to the zoo which is next door, free access whenever you like, brilliant animals that are clearly well looked after. Lovely grounds too. We watched the birds of prey show which was brilli

Just back from an amazing week here and could not reccomend it more. Starting off with the major good points. We were in a 1 bed Polynesian lodge which was in the crocodile street. A 2 minute walk to the pool and the square. Room was cleaned daily and fridge restocked. A cleaner came to the door when my sister and daughter were having a nap but she let me grab the towels for washing and gave the the items we needed so as not to wake them. Zoo and water park were brilliant. Food was changeable. We loved the food most days and the few days we didn't there was still plenty to choice from it just wasn't our favourite. Drinks are branded and great, I loved the Spanish pink gin so much I bought a bottle from the airport on the way home. We saw several families playing cards in the bar and while waiting for the entertainment and was gutted we didnt take a pack but went to the shop ok day 3 and got a pack for 3 euros (these were behind the till and i had to ask the shopkepper to find them)Ques for the water slides were very minimal which meant we got on them loads and most staff were very friendly. We were UAI so ordered pizza one night which was nice and tried to Italian and Rice restaurant. The rice restaurant was our favourite food from the entire holiday and Frank who works upstairs is a brilliant addition very friendly and goes the extra mile to make you comfortable! We dont feel we missed out not being premium as they ques went down very quickly. The building site you can hear it but not enough to spoil the holiday at all. Bus was great after a long day but we enjoyed the walk through the zoo to and from the waterpark. Would definitely have used it more if we were further up the hill though. We went into benidorm one day and paid €12 down and €10 back. Enjoyed a lunch at maui where we had the shared nacho starter and one had fish and chips, one pork with potatoes and one chicken. Sangria and manhatten included. Did feel the waiter rushed us through ordering but food was really good! The only few small downsides to us were the sound proofing between lodges ( could hear the man next door snoring but not enough to disturb sleep) Also a minor issue was the lifeguards have different options on what people can wear on the slides, seen alot of people my sister included going down with a t-shirt over there swimsuit but then half way through the day a lifeguard would tell them they had to take it off. It wasn't a problem as I am sure it was for a safety reason but would be nicer if everyone had the same rules. This was the best holiday we have been on and actually struggling to find something even similar for next year so may very well end up back again. Anyone reading negative reviews please don't be worried this is well worth every penny.

We went as a family of 5, our youngest being 1 and it was an amazing holiday, one of our favourites in fact. There’s something to do every day (we stayed 7 nights). The lodges are immaculate, daily cleaning and fresh towels, also they have a fridge they fill up with soft drinks for you upon arrival. The walls are quite thin we heard people coming in their lodge next door during the night, but while we were inside our lodge it was nice and quiet. The food is nice there’s loads of different options, each night it was different style of food and so many different desserts, I tried things I didn’t know existed! The alcohol is proper stuff not watered down etc. The waterpark is great the slides are amazing our kids loved it, nice and clean. If you are all inclusive then you’re food is too at the waterpark, there is other places to eat there, but you pay extra we didn’t realise this. The animal zoo was our favourite place, it’s huge and loads of animals. All well taken care of which is nice. The taxi to and from Benidorm is around €16 each way.

Stayed from 2-9th April. Returning from last visit in 2915 has been a lot of amazing changes. Arriving near midnight check in was quick and was great to have refreshments in our Polynesian lodge. Reception staff were brilliant helping us with any enquiries especially Rafael and Teresa. As there's so much to do with the animal park and water park we had fun packed days. Cleaning staff do an amazing job always brushing and cleaning very large areas not an easy job. Tangaloa was lovely to eat in and the amazing Juan in the bar with his delicious cocktails. All in all a brilliant stay with plans to return again.
