Hotel Primavera Park

The hotel, generally, is clean and pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful. The views from the upper floors and (17th floor) rooftop bar are Spectacular. The 4 elevators are ill-timed, and you can wait 5 minutes for a lift. The food is good in an adequate sort of way, with most of the “hot” food being room temperature and the cake desserts being almost thawed from being recently frozen. Although the breakfast buffet has a nice variety. The sliding door onto the terrace did not lock. And the safe was not secured to any surface — you could pick up the whole safe and carry it off. The music from the rooftop is intrusive for the 16th floor rooms, especially music with heavy beats and base late at night. There is also the noise from dragging furniture and dropping things on the rooftop floor. The bathrooms are not particularly well-designed: there is no niche in the showers for soaps; there are no hooks near the shower door for towels. There were two cups by each sink for toothbrushes ... which were disgustingly dirty from toothbrush residue. I left a hint for the maid: filled the cup with sudsy water and left it in the sink. She did not get the hint. (I washed it myself.) The part that was most unpleasant was that the shower water temperature changed from chilling to scalding and from sand-blasting to trickle frequently and without warning. Best to take your morning shower very early (like 7am) or very late (like 11am). While the water pressure and temperature are stable, you won't get really hot water. But it's comfortably hot. We only got one bottle of water. Once we finished the bottle that was there, it was never replaced. (Which was ok, because we stocked the empty fridge with good stuff from the nearby Mercadona grocery store.) She also did not replace the other cups that we used with clean ones. We ended up washing them with Bath soap in the bathroom sinks. Even so, while it was a little rustic, I would stay here again for the view and its proximity to fun stuff. Just gotta roll with it.

We were very impressed with the renovation of the hotel. It is more practical that the entrance is on the other side now. Beautiful views from the rooftop bar. This has been a huge upgrade for Primavera Park. The hotel is in the neigbourhood of the park, the shops and the beach.

We stayed for a week end March 2024 ,good location to old town , we were on 5th floor view of pool ,room was lovely, with tea and coffee kettle ,hairdryer , comfortable large bed ,room cleaned every other day , best was roof terrace pool and bar area amazing views over benidorm all in all chilled amazing time , food was good , only thing evening meal at 1930 which bit to late for us , staff etc were lovely

Beautiful hotel, very comfy bed, mini fridge in room, breakfast choice outstanding, friendly staff, gorgeous cocktails, amazing sun drenched pools, very very highly recommended. Breakfast had huge buffet then you can order omelettes, poached eggs, English bacon etc to order. Infinity pool beautiful (not heated though).

Beautiful clean hotel with welcoming staff. Check in was efficient and all serices explained. Good choice of breakfast, excellent facilities, big rooms, very comfortable beds. Overall a very pleasant experience, couldn't fault it ( one very small gripe. . Lifts take forever) .......didn't spoil my stay though.

A beautiful hotel just set back from the town centre, nice 10 minute walk to the sea front, the staff were very friendly, lovely roof top bar with views for miles of mountains and the sea. We didn't eat in the hotel so we can't comment on the food.

Just stayed here and we were very pleased with the whole experience, the hotel was very modern, the room was bright and spacious, the food was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. We have stayed before and it was ok, but it’s recently been refurbished and looks completely different on the inside. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We spent 4 days at this wonderful hotel for my birthday. Ideally situated for easy access between the old town and the new. We were 1st timers to beautiful Benidorm and suited our needs perfectly. A fabulous modern hotel with clean lines and great facilities. We booked on B&B basis a double delux room. This was very spacious room with a comfy bed and more than adequate for our needs located on the 4th floor. We would have liked a room higher up but was not a deal breaker for us. Breakfast is lovely if a good standard, plentiful with something for everyone, nice touch with glass of Cava. The rooftop bar is fabulous with an infinity pool with great views across the old town and looking out to sea, The only down side it gets busy at night but the cocktails are to die for 😊. The only criticism is that it’s open to non-residents and a couple of our nights stay we were not allowed in as it was full to capacity. Loved the main pool area and bar on 1st floor during the day. Always managed to get a sunbed, had a great atmosphere with some attentive bar staff.

Cannot fault this hotel at all. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast choices and clean rooms. Rooftop pool stunning and lots of room in lower pool. Six of us went on a long weekend and there were no complaints from any of us.
