We had had warmest welcome when we arrived. Antonio couldn't do enough for us. The room was clean with crisp white cotton sheets. We enjoyed our overnight stay and will definitely go back. It was quite central with a balcony and free parking about 10 minutes walk away

My friend and I have Just stayed at the hotel absolutely wonderful and friendly staff can’t do enough for you, nice and quiet location will definitely be back the room was comfortable and had a balcony and a good size bathroom with bath and shower all towels toiletries supplied

Well impressed with our stay. Good location, just away from the busy *****s but only a 10 minute walk to the beach and bars. The communal areas were very clean and well presented. Friendly staff, even helped us find a takeaway that was still open at 3am after our late arrival. Good value for money, would come back again.

Really good hotel, late check in not a problem for the night concierge couldn't have been more helpful, very good area for food and drinks supermarket not far either, daytime staff very helpful nothing a problem to them. Will definitely book this hotel again Thank you all staff.

When we arrived at the hotel we had some problems that we needed help with and the manager went above and beyond to help us resolve this. Rooms were clean & comfy with working air con & balcony. Breakfast buffet had a selection of meats, cheeses, cakes, pastries, yoghurts, bacon, egg, sausage, bread / rolls, juices tea & coffee. I'm not sure why there are other reviews on here to say it wasn't worth it as what more they would expect for such a small charge. All the staff were cheerful and helpful, a great little budget hotel.

The hotel is modest and does what it says on the package, staff are absolutely fantastic. So helpful and we actually left a 5 star to stay here. Antonio Nd Tony made our trip in benidorm stress free and I can't give them enough credit! If you want somewhere to lay your head and lovely people, stay here!

Ninguna pega buena relación precio calidad . Habitación y comidas todo estuve bien repetiremos nos gustaría volver algún día . Estuvimos en abril y el tiempo fue muy bueno en el hotel nos trataron exactamente y sin sorpresas gracias

No entiendo gran parte de las buenas opiniones de otros usuarios, a no ser que haya varios tipos de habitaciones. La que me tocó, era de la época del destape. Viajo mucho y creo que pocas veces me he encontrado un hotel tan viejo y lleno de humedades. Y es que aunque lo limpien muy bien, no lo parece. Es económico, pero es que no pueden pedir un precio superior, hasta me parecen caros los 72 euros por noche que pagué. Apenas pudimos abrir la cortina, ya que enfrente tenías los balcones de otros edificios muy cercanos. Con muy pocos servicios, aunque eso ya lo sabía antes de ir. Muy complicado aparcar cerca, es zona residencia o azul casi todo. Y eso que la zona no es buena, estás a 10 min. de la playa, pero para volver hay una buena cuesta. Lo único que puedo valorar como positivo es el trato de los empleados.
