This resort is quite old and alot of signs of wear. It was not very clean at many locations including public bathrooms, lounging areas, etc. Many of their staffs were not very friendly and often gave us a negative attitude when we ask for things or question them for help. We will not go back to this brand or this resort in the future. We dont recommend them to others as well.

It smelled of sewage, never met the butler. He messed up all but one reservation. Beach is littered with fruit from discarded drinks, bottle caps, and cigarette butts. Food out side of Hunter and Carabian was atrocious. Fittness staff was exceptional. Spa was over booked and rushed. Not clean.

The beach was wonderful. There was something for everyone! Miguel, the ******* representative at the hotel was fantastic. We didn't want to leave! Thank you. We had a great vacation.

One of the best hotels I've been to based on staffing. The staff here takes pride in their job. Over the top service. I went for my birthday and the entire hotel made sure I celebrated. The hotel decorated the room with balloon's and cake. I can't say enough good things about this place. Looking forward to going back.

The outside features such as the pools and beach were very good. Restaurants were very good with many options. This resort is in desperate need of a renovation. Broken tile, leaking pipes and elevators that did not work.

Service was exceptional. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a large property, with plenty to do, seems natural that it requires quite a bit of upkeep. Overall it was great!

TERRIBLE, never got my butler , issues with room. No help. Place is too big, no care. Waste of paying to diamond room. Keys never worked. Issue staying for 1 night only maybe. Food was basic. Very bad customer service.

i will NOT recommend this resort to anyone. The rooms was bot clean, you couldn't never get towels. When we checked in, we was told. We didn't need a reservation for the restaurants. Each time we attempt to go eat at a restaurant. We was told you have to make reservations or we needed to pay to be seated. Or we should have gotten on the waiting list. The entire time we was focused to eat in the buffet. My daughter key wrist card was loose on her arm and it fell off. They told us it will be $150 to replace it. I feel if Brandon had secured it tightly on her little skinny wrist. It never would have fell off.

Common areas are nice and well kept. However service was terrible, staff did not care to help you with anything. They would just walk away when you need anything. Multiple people’s who came with us rooms had ceiling leaking with water and sewage backups
