We had such a great time at Desire Pearl. It was just what we needed to celebrate our anniversary. Manager Laura Gutierrez was so attentive and helpful. The pool staff Gabriela, Joshua, Victor the daybed manager, all the bartenders, waiters, playmakers, entertainers, Miguel Angel the Somalier, and the great room caretakers all were so kind, courteous, and attentive. It truly shows that the staff enjoys working at Desire Pearl and care about the customer experience.
We enjoyed our trip so much we are already planning our return!

The property/staff overall was excellent. Really our only complaints were they charge $10 for room service per order, DVD and the mix that they use to make frozen drinks could be a bit higher quality.

The upgrade to a Jr. suite was amazing. We received a corner oceanfront room with a large balcony. Service was superb at the restaurants and bars. Evening shows were fun to watch.

They are trying to force nonmembers to become members. There’s a new policy that only members can make reservations at the restaurants. Leaving nonmembers outside like dogs, had to wait over an hour for a table even though there was 8 empty tables. Not a fan. We have gone to Desire 3 times, there will not be a 4th because of there new policy.

Best all inclusive adults only resort in the Cancun region. Top notch customer service with smiles. My only recommendation would be to serve more variety of food items.
