We stayed for a week for our honeymoon. We would recommend it to anyone. Property is gorgeous. There are enough pools and restaurants that nothing seems to busy. The restaurants are amazing, and the drinks are endless. Will definitely be back!

Very nice resort. Employees are very professional and friendly. Nice rooms and comfortable beds. Food is simply phenomenal at all of the restaurants that we visited. Spent most days sipping drinks at the lazy River which we really enjoyed. At night there was a band before and after a 45 minute entertainment show at 9 pm. We were very happy with all aspects of our stay.

As soon as I entered the room of Excellence club junior suite ocean front, I can catch the strong musty and mold smells coming from the AC. I’ve been Cancun 5th times and other facilities sometimes has musty conditions but not like this bad. I complained about the smells and all they did is spray some mist which is not even working. So for whole my stay I had to turn off the AC and it’s freaking hot and muggy. Now came back from cancun I can even still smell this mold from all my clothes. And I can’t use the bubble tub on the terrace because of the mosquitos. It’s January, yeah they still had all these mosquitos in there facility. Food options are very good but some of employees have attitude so you should tip them upfront.

Everything was excellent! From the moment we got there until we departed, everyone and everything was amazing! From the staff, to the food, room, drinks, service and activities, everything was superb! There were many people at the resort, but it never felt crowded. There are always many options for activities and restaurants. It was very quiet by our room and the views were beautiful. The lazy river and the beach are awesome if you want a quiet and relaxing time; but, if you want more activity there is a pool with live music, bar and water games. The night shows were really good. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. One night, while dining al fresco, they overheard I was being bitten by mosquitoes, minutes later the manager of the restaurant offered me bug spray without me saying anything to them. Which exemplifies how dedicated and committed the whole staff is in providing their guests with the best service. We really got pampered there. Of course we were sad to leave, but we definitely plan to go back! To the staff a big thank you! Especially: Leylan, Jesús, Alex, Armando. Lobster: Carlos, Eli and Fernando. Hibachi: Ernesto and Chef Hugo. Mexicano: César, Gabriel, little Gabriel and David. Olas: Sergio. Aroma: Yessenia. Beach: Efrain, Jorge and César. Breakfast buffet: Luisa and Eduardo. We had a great stay.
The cleanest hotel we have stayed in.
They went above and beyond for everything.
Restaurants were excellent and great selection. Themed Mexican night was a big hit!
Lots of pools and beds with great service for drinks and food.
Wide range of activities from morning to night.
Beach area was the best that we seen from walking on the beach.
Highly recommend staying here if you are considering it. We will definitely be visiting again.
Something to mention is that a lot of people we spoke to where returning to the hotel for 2nd/3rd and even 5th time so that does say a lot for the property!

This was our second time visiting this resort and we will definitely be back!! The staff at the property are so kind and helpful! The dining options are awesome and the daily activities and nightly entertainment are fun and very inclusive.
If I had to give one recommendation for improvement, it would be for better dessert selections. All of the food and restaurants were amazing, we just ordered desserts a few times and they were not on the same level as the appetizer/meal selections. The meals far by far made up for it but if I had to recommend one thing, that would be it.
