No NOT book at this hotel! We booked a double queen, non-smoking room with breakfast at the Quality Inn. We arrived at 10:30 PM. The room reeked of smoke and some kind of spray to try to cover the smell. We tried to get some sleep but were kept awake by the pinging of the shower head leaking and hitting the bath tub spout, the smell of smoke and people partying in the parking lot and running the halls all night. At 7 in the morning up decided to get up and leave because our throats hurt so bad and we couldn't breath. With the sun up we could see just how filthy the room was. There were no towels or washcloths in the bathroom and it was covered in mold. I headed to the front desk. Heading to the stairs we could see that there was water damage to the walls in the hallway and holes in the walls. The ice machine didn't work and the ceiling was falling down above it. When I got to the desk, a man came up behind me as I was telling to the night manager that there wasn't even towels in the room. The desk manager went to get towels. That's when the man behind me said I don't want towels, and showed me a picture of his filthy towels with bugs on them. Him and I peaked into the breakfast room. There was no breakfast and the room was full of mattresses and furniture. As we arrived back at the front desk, the man started arguing with the desk manager who was telling us that they don't serve breakfast there. We both showed him that it says they do on the confirmation. The desk manager handed me a stack of towels. I should have just dropped them on the floor, they were so dirty. I went up and got my husband and we left.. We had to go to the Hampton Inn and Suites across the street and get a room so we could shower and put on clean clothes before going to our meeting. When we arrived there, they told us that the Quality Inn is being used to house the homeless and that is why there are people everywhere and all the noise. I had to bag our clothed because they smelled so bad. Thank God we didn't take any of our clothes out of the suitcase while in the Quality Inn or we wouldn't have any clothes that didn't stink to wear to our meeting. We would have been better off sleeping inner car in a parking lot.
