The people were friendly. But the room was weird - and it was even an upgrade. But it was just barely ok and didn’t even come close to wowing me. I requested a 4AM shuttle to the airport twice (once online and once on the phone) and said that was fine but when I arrived and checked in they said they were booked? Also there was no coffee pot to even brew coffee which we desperately needed at 4am. Other than that
it was just ok.

This is the only hotel located close to XNA airport. Desk staff was friendly and efficient. They also offer to let you keep your car on their lot and shuttle you to and from airport . Which was convenient in the snowy weather not to have to drive. The shuttle attendees were not talkative or as friendly as the desk and other employees on premises but did their job effectively.

Lack of concern that I was injured while at the hotel due to faulty items in the room. Pillows were TINY and not standard size. Items available for breakfast were subpar unless you like to only eat bread/heavy carbs, there was no fruit or other healthier options available. The Internet went out for several hours, which wouldn't have been an issue except that I was in the middle of a very important virtual business call. I have stayed at some lesser quality (1 and 2 star hotels) that were nicer than this one.

no hot water. ac vent not insulated so can hear all road noise. also cold air coming in thru ac vent. addressed issues to front desk. 20 mins from anything in bentonville. just close to airport only advantage if ur flying

I did not like the fact that except for breakfast, the is no place to have lunch or dinner. This should be explained at the time of registering, when you make online reservations.

Property and staff were great. The only thing that was not good was the terrible powdered coffee creamer and sweetener in the room. Such a small item that makes a difference early in the morning. A better product is pennies more.

The 1st room had a water leak under the floor. They moved us immediately. I believe they decreased the price, but I think the room should have been comped. I rented 2 rooms
Over all it was fine. Comfortable beds. Girl's like the pool and hot tub. If they had a restaurant it would have been great. This hotel is convenient to the airport but far from restaurants. Still was a nice place complimentary breakfast. I would stay there again. Nice and quiet.
