It’s self service hotel, check-in seamless. Received all required instructions n pass code prior to arrival. Missing light bulb on one of the chandelier. Bathroom have hair, dirty laundry was left at the washing machine upon check in.

Need to pay more attention on the check in procedure as this is an unmanned hotel, you are required to check in through the link they send to you in the email, one good thing is you can do advance check in, just that many information to fill in. But you will have the QR code ready for check in when you arrive at the hotel. Other things are perfect.

Big room but noisy outside. Parking is not that convenient. Electric room door lock is not easy to use.

The price is worthed for us staying 5person in one room. We choose the biggest room that can accomodate for 7person just for 5 of us. Unfortunately..the place is so many dust in every corner n over the equipment. Maybe this room is rare for people choose. if 7 person in one room..there is only one toilet n one bathroom. I think you have to que for shower or toilet. The cleaness should be take more concern especially for Japan standart.( room 101/201). At 201 the decoration at wall have some tear n make a liitle bit ugle I just love the location.. near the beppu station..just around 300m2 from the aprtment. This is self check in aprtment n very easy.

Pros: Stayed at Room 203 meant for 5 person… Spacious and comfortable room! Had a window too! Good soundproofing between rooms. Only could hear passing by of trains while awake, so wasn’t a big an issue to us. TV has YouTube and Netflix to watch! Cons: No lift!!! We had to carry our heavy & big luggages to the 2nd floor! *Should indicate shortage of this important facility in the booking system! Only 2 parking spaces for 7 units. *Should also indicate in the booking system that parking spaces are first come first served and have to park at nearby paying car parks if both were being taken up. Will be nice to provide some garbage bags in the room as clearing of food waste from the room was definitely necessary during the many days of our stay! Dining table (super wobbly and one side of the table legs seemed like giving away very soon) needs to changed/repaired instantly!

So good hotel , for my holiday family in Bebpu I had a good time here the room clean and big ,

good place, it is clean, near train station. Customer services is good. Parking: only have 1 parking slot, need to go nearby car park, about 50 meters

The location is close to Jr station,cleanness but I have a bit problem to get jn the hotel coz no staff at this hotel and everything have to do by yourself

U need to wifi call their reception for check in They are very willing to serve though

Good location and rather spacious

When I open the door, I was totally surprised! I can’t believe this high quality of the room it was at such cost efficient level. You got a washing machine, massage bath tumb, 2 double 1 single bed and even a kitchen. Although you may not able to put your luggage ahead of later. There are many lockers near by the JR station. So no worries! All things is under control! I strongly recommend you to take your cozy trip here!

The room is very big. We booked three double beds. The dining room and kitchenware are all complete. The location is very convenient. It takes ten minutes to walk to Beppu Train Station. Self-service check-in and check-out procedures need to be operated through the tablet downstairs, referring to the email content.
