room is generally clean and spacious but had high expectations, the condition of certain things may have fell short, bathroom and onsen feels a bit old. power tripped few times on the first night and staff had to come check.

The room was very spacious and the hotel's design was beautiful, especially the private onsen – it was amazing! We drove there and parking was very convenient. It's about a 20-minute drive from Yufuin, so we could explore and then come back to relax before heading out for dinner nearby. It was a very laid-back and enjoyable stay!

The stay was decent overall, but there is definitely room for improvement. While the general experience was okay, the room cleanliness wasn't up to par—specifically, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the cups and the bathroom. Additionally, the door leading from the balcony to the hot spring room couldn't be securely locked, which was a bit concerning. With better housekeeping and maintenance, this would be a much better place to stay.

My girl enjoyed the onsen tub and the view was impeccable. Room was definitely spacious for family of 3.. location is up the hill so you will need to drive but is definitely worth the drive

the hotel is located on a hilltop, so the views are to die for. meals are spectacular too! you can’t miss the hotel’s à la carte breakfast and dinner. the private onsen in each room is really hot!

Abit outskirts from beppu center , you may book the shuttle bus services before the day u arrive The private onsen bath is amazing ..really enjoy it You can see the sunrise from your balcony if the weather good The most important is the dinner and breakfast is super !!!
