The hotel is huge, so when booking, be aware that if you and your friends book separately, you might end up in different buildings. Because of its large size and multiple buildings, there's a shuttle bus service between them, running constantly with very short waiting times. Many guests need this service because the parking lots can be quite a distance from the rooms. However, we were perfectly fine with it since we only took the car out and parked it once a day; after leaving during the day, we didn't go out again once we returned. The hotel has a convenience store open until 11 PM and the hot spring is open until midnight. We stayed for two nights with two meals a day with our friends. The hotel allowed us to dine at different restaurants on each night, but it's recommended to book your meal times when checking in. Breakfast was incredibly rich, even offering sashimi rice, ice cream, and desserts. If you have a late breakfast and eat enough, you can easily skip lunch. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
