Charming traditionally renovated Albanian hotel, near the main road but very quiet. Close to all the attractions of Berat.

Wooden windows and are broken , so at early morning is similar midday… cant sleep.
Bathroom with broken shower.
Not view.
Lobby: good decoration as photos.
Cleaness very good. Breakfast: satisfactory.

Unique beautiful old hotel, private parking is an overstatement, and the beds are old and lumpy and bad! But the price is great! And the place was clean and the family friendly enough.

Centrally located hotel that was very good value. The rooms are spacious. Mine had a balcony and was spotlessly clean, though my ensuite bathroom was a little cramped. The staff were warm & friendly. The hotel is of traditional design with a lovely lobby, which had an open fire blazing when I visited on an apparently unseasonably chilly day in April

The hotel is very beautiful, pleasant service and wonderful breakfast next to the chimney. The room though was like a freezer. We've been for two full days with the heating on 24h and yet, the room was still cold (we were able to sleep thanks to the very good blankets that they offered us. Having a shower, even though the water was very hot, was difficult because of the extreme cold in the toilet. The breakfast was very nice with a variety of things, all fresh and good, salty and sweet, but next to the chimney also because of the cold in the eating room. We've been pleased with the service but the hotel is not ready to host people in winter. Also, even though they said to me that I could pay by card, at the end they said that it wasn't possible, so I had to reorganise myself with the cash that I had.

Little hotel within walking distance to most of Berats sights. Hotel was a little worn out and old, but had a descent price and friendly staff

I stayed in Hotel Berati only for 1 night. The location was right in the center of Berat, close to everything. The hotel has beautiful stone features and the rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Excellent wifi and room has air conditioning, which is such a relief after walking around Berat under the July summer heat. Breakfast came with the room booking but unfortunately, I left too early so I wasn't able to try it. But I always appreciate when breakfast is included as it helps for an easier start to the day. The staff is also very friendly & helpful. The night staff didn't speak English well so he called his colleague, who checked me in in the morning, to help me figure out bus schedules. Overall, I had a great stay & I would've enjoyed staying longer at this hotel.
