The hotel is very nice, art and modern and it’s on a very good location. Very clean room, very supportive staff. Breakfast was also very good and they have fantastic terrace where you can enjoy . Parking for cars also available. Everything was 10/10

Fabulous accommodation in a central location close to Bergamo train station. The staff are exceptional, going out of their way to accommodate all requests. Frederico in particular was very supportive of my elderly mother’s care. The rooms are spacious, modern and very clean. Lovely breakfast. Vibrant atmosphere

Room is very well equipped. Sauna facilities are new and spacious (unfortunately no jacuzzi or cold pool). Location is super, very close to the train station. Staff is friendly. Unfortunately we didn’t taste their breakfast but I saw a lot of good reviews regarding breakfast.

Amazing place to stay in Bergamo! Nice apartment, cozy beds, very clean. Near Bergamo train station, close to main touristic area. Nice reastaurants around. The personal staff very polite and helpfull. A 10+ also for the free mini bar. We will come Back

The hotel was very nice, very clean and modern! The staff is super polite, helpful and very kind! The location is also great as it’s close to market, the train station and about 10-15 min walk to good bars/restaurants. I definitely recommend this hotel

We couldn't fault it, the staff were wonderful, it was spotlessly clean, and the spa facilities were a lovely bonus! The location is great and so convenient for everything. Highly reccomend. Thankyou so much to Julia and the team, you were all so helpful!

WE LOVED STAYING AT AR SUITES & ART. EVERYTHING IS BEAUTIFUL AND VERY WELL DECORATED. IT HAS LOVELY AMENITIES AND ALL OF THE SPACE IS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. THE BREAKFAST IS GREAT. THIS PLACE IS FARWAY BETTER THAN THE PICTURES SHOW. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

Modern, comfortable, well located, short ways to city center and to railway station, friendly managed. Absolutely recommended. No breakfast in Sept 2024, but in planning. Tearoom and terrace - nice places to linger. Parking place is available. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully designed hotel with excellent rooms. We stayed as a family of four in room 205, which was excellent. Everything is a high standard, including all linen, towels and comfortable beds. Lovely terrace, nice afternoon tea and cakes. Daniele and the team were extremely helpful - and provided excellent recommendations. The wellness centre / spa in the basement of the building is very good. Ideal after a hot day exploring Bergamo. The location is directly opposite the station, which isn’t the nicest part of town, but the double glazing in the rooms is excellent and there is no noise whatsoever. We would stay again - and hopefully will be back in March or April 2025.
