Very bad hotel. Don't advice to use it at all. The photos don't match the actual room. The property extra to trip.com charged me instead of claimed 35euros. 46euros. When I came, I found mould on the wall. I have informed the host of my allergy issues that I can't stay. They said that due to sunday evening they can't refund me, and will contact the office on monday. In the end of the day it is tuesday now and still no one refunded me. Even trip.com wasn't able to reach them and get my full refund. They started ignoring my text. Scammers. Stay away from them.

The house is in the basement, smells mold, the ac does not work. We tried to call the number they left in the room but no one answered us, in the morning we did not have hot water and the bathroom needs a deep cleaning. Bed was comfy and the location was pretty much close to the station but in the dodgy neighbors side.

In the facility I had to pay an amount higher than what was requested on the booking site. If I had not paid I would have remained outside the residence.

Place with many problems… .. the entrance door to the apartment did not close for us. The windows overlook a noisy street full of cars!

Hello We did not appreciate this mini-stay at all, first we were asked for an exorbitant tourist tax of €20 for 2 days plus a cleaning fee of €25 which meant that we had to pay €45 in addition to the expected price and in cash of course!! Which gives a total cost of €165 for 2 days for a room which was in the basement! In addition, although their site announced it, they did not serve breakfast! No free parking around! We are not saying this for the pleasure of complaining but to warn the next tenants of this establishment! Thanks to Trip.com for warning future customers!

Ho soggiornato in questo edificio scoprendo che la camera pagata 383 euro per 3 notti e’ posta in uno piano cantina di difficile accesso. Il prezzo richiesto non e’ corrispondente al servizio offerto. Letto scomodissimo. Doccia che non defluisce bene e con muffa agli angoli del piatto doccia. Aperture elettroniche non funzionano in modo adeguato sia del portone che della camera. Per le condizioni in cui si trova il prezzo richiesto è sproporzionato. Esperienza da non ripetere, una vergogna per i nostri tempi!

Esperienza terribile. Una stanza buia e angusta in un seminterrato al prezzo di un grand hotel; poca luce naturale che filtra da finestrelle che danno direttamente sul marciapiede. Pulizia dubbia ( ho trovato uno scarafaggio). Scarico del bagno rumorosissimo che dopo un po' si e' inceppato: secondo il proprietario la colpa era mia e pretendeva il pagamento dell' idraulico per assegnarmi un' altra stanza. Me ne sono andata nonostante avessi già pagato per un' altra notte. Mai più!

Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto una ragazza svogliata che si è raccomandata più volte della pulizia del locale quando invece la pulizia al nostro arrivo non è stata effettuata: il nostro appartamento era SPORCO e puzzava di fumo. Il divano letto preposto per passare la notte era sfondato. Non consigliato.

Lo peor q podrás encontrar, no aconsejo para nada q os alojeis en este antro, escribi una reseña en otra App, aquí solo quiero poner una foto de como es esta panda de ladrones. Nos alojamos en Agosto, al llegar te piden 50 euros a pagar en efectivo no se q tema de seguro (se supone q ya deberían de tener seguro,pero bueno) y q a los 7 dias de la salida te lo ingresan en la cuenta q previamente les has dado, a dia de hoy , 7 de Octubre de 2022, sigo esperando mis 50 euros
