Staff not very supportive of my health condition. They wouldn't allow me wait in the restaurant until my train departed.

Had a fantastic stay in Bergen at the Bergen Bors Hotel! Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff at reception, breakfast and in the Fresco Hallen restaurant - excellent food. Great room; clean, with super facilities and cleaning services. Room was quiet, with great mattresses, duvets and pillows. Location of hotel is amazing, and could easily explore great sights in Bergen on foot. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and definitely planning return visit - thank you!!

I like this hotel very much. The restaurant is very beautiful, the building is very interesting, and the service is very kind. Especially the breakfast is very good. Be sure to book a room with breakfast. It is also a pleasure to have breakfast.

It's very good. The location is in the city center. It's very convenient. The room is big enough and clean. There are many choices for breakfast, which is very appetizing and delicious. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly.

The room is clean, but the toilet is a bit smelly
We just happened to be assigned a room in the small attic location
So the windows are relatively small, everything else is OK
The waiters are also very enthusiastic

It's so beautiful. If I go there again, I will still choose to live here. The pick-up staff are very polite and patient. They are willing to answer any questions you have. The room is very big and nice.

The best thing about this hotel is the gorgeous old stock exchange room where we had breakfast. It was beautiful and the breakfast buffet had many options. The room was average - probably worth it to get one of the more unique room options. The bed was comfortable, however it was loud in comparison to other hotels we stayed at during our trip and the bathroom design isn’t great because water gets in places it shouldn’t be. My recommendation would be to stay elsewhere but eat a meal there or to stay, but get one of the more unique rooms rather than generic one.
