From the photograph with the name of the hotel on the old  building, I thought the hotel is facing the fjord.  But the hotel is actually in a building behind the old building.  There is no view from the window.  Hence, it is over priced.  The sauna and gym are a nice facilities to have if you have the time.  Overall, not value for money.

Absolutely terrible service ..Given 4 minutes to pack all my belongings and leave the property due to a strike and then told to claim my money back for the remaining stay with insurance. Wasted so much of my stay having to find alternatives accomadation.why they could have not emailed the guests to inform them, concerning they knew the night before ..I will never use any radison hotel ever again

The hotel is really well located alongside the water and a short stroll to lots of restaurants, shops and the funicular. They do a really good buffet breakfast with lots of fresh options and the room was clean and comfortable.

The accommodation is right next to the tourist attractions, making it very convenient for getting around. It also has underground parking and is close to shopping areas.

There were lipstick marks on the cups in the bathroom. The heating in the room was broken, so it was ice cold. The air conditioning was only blowing cold air. It was minus ten degrees Celsius outside, so it was freezing inside. There was no way to fix it right away. Later, the front desk brought a heater, which warmed things up, but it was incredibly noisy. I just put up with it for the night. It's so unfair that such expensive accommodation is in such a cold place.
