Hostellerie du Mont Aimé

We last stayed at this Logis hotel over twenty years ago and thought we would like to return. We were not disappointed. We booked a package called the Forfait Degustation that included a room , breakfast and wonderful tasting menu with paired wines/ champagne. Our room was spotlessly clean and had air con which was a real bonus in the hot weather. Dinner was the best we’ve experienced in France for long time. All the staff , including the Patron, worked extremely hard in a packed ( also air con) restaurant with good humour. Looking around, everyone was having a good time. We did not experience breakfast as we had to leave early but I can definitely recommend this hotel and we will return!

English version below ; Hôtel situé au calme à bergères les vertus,très bon accueil, parking gratuit,chambre (N°53), près du parking et de la piscine, Chambre spacieuse, bonne literie,télévision, fer à repasser , plateau de courtoisie (thé, café) petit frigo, belle salle de bain (bain/douche) serviettes, sèche cheveux.Terrasse au rez de chaussée (face à la piscine) pas de table et chaises lors de notre passage (février) Air conditionné à disposition. Piscine accessible de 7à23h , seulement 4 transats !!, et quelques chaises, salle fitness avec quelques appareils. Restaurant gastronomique, salle agréable , serveurs aux petits soins , repas très correct, varié, et en suffisance, ... prix de vins un peu excessif (mais bon c'est un ***) Petit déjeuner complet, oeufs , bacon,charcuteries , fromage, jus de fruits frais,divers pains, ... Une brasserie située en face et appartenant à l'hôtel vous permet de déjeuner à un prix très correct , environ 15€ hors boissons (buffet froid, plat chaud, fromages, desserts,....) belles balades à proximité aussi dont le mont aimé à découvrir et bien sûr de multiples caves à champagne ... Hotel located in a quiet area in Bergères les Vertus, very warm welcome, free parking, room (N ° 53), near the car park and the swimming pool, Spacious room, good bedding, television, iron, courtesy tray (tea, coffee), small fridge, beautiful bathroom (bath/shower), towels, hair dryer. Terrace on the ground floor (facing the swimming pool) no table and chairs during our visit (February) Air conditioning available. Swimming pool accessible from 7am to 11pm, only 4 deckchairs!!, and a few chairs, fitness room with a few machines. Gourmet restaurant, pleasant dining room, very caring waiters, very decent, varied and sufficient meal, ... wine prices a bit excessive (but hey, it's a ***) Full breakfast, eggs, bacon, cold meats, cheese, fresh fruit juice, various breads, ... A brasserie located opposite and belonging to the hotel allows you to have lunch at a very reasonable price, around €15 excluding drinks (cold buffet, hot dish, cheeses, desserts, etc.) beautiful walks nearby too, including the Mont Aimee to discover and of course multiple champagne cellars...
