Das Einchecken war einfach. Beim Frühstück gab es leider keinen Cappuccino. Bis zum Flughafen braucht man ungefähr 15 Minuten mit dem Auto und die Fahrt kostet ca 18€

Absolutely shocking booked 2 rooms in January for family. Given one room in annex one in main building. Youngest 5 husband elderly. No one to resolve. Room very tired. Towels like cardboard. Hell trying to get in. No breakfast left at 6.30 to early

I booked this hotel for myself and my family to stay for 1 night to break up our journey from Prague back to the uk. I reserved a double room for 2 adults and 1 child. We didn’t arrive till late, 21.30 to be exact and we were all very tired from a long journey. When we arrived, no staff, left with a code to enter property. When we entered the room there were two single beds. We rang the number available and spoke to the owner and he told me that was the only room left and no other rooms available as fully booked, his attitude was terrible. So me and my partner had to ring round other hotels to try and get a room at half nine in the evening on a Saturday evening. We rang 4 hotels and they were fully booked. Absolutely shocking service, very dated hotel and terrible surroundings. This man does not deserve business with this terrible attitude and leaving a family stranded with no bed for the night. PLEASE AVOID

Very dated hotel, tired with out dated bathrooms. No staff after 2pm so you are on your own if there are any problems or need anything. Bathrooms are very old. Main light in bedroom didn’t work (mine and a friend who was also staying). 32c outside and no fans available. Breakfast was okay and staff who were there in the morning were friendly.

The stay was just underground. The hotel is used by transients. The rooms are small, uncomfortable and above all dirty. It is simply unacceptable that the rooms are not cleaned on some days. Absolutely no recommendation!

Das Hotel ist absolut in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel sind alt, das Bad müsste mal wieder renoviert werden. An der Toilette löste sich die Silikonschicht.Sauberkeit des Zimmers war in Ordnung, ich finde das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt definitiv nicht. War leider aufgrund einer Messe in Köln, das einzige Zimmer was noch zu haben war, ich würde es nie wieder buchen. Bushaltestelle ist allerdings vor der Tür, man kommt bloß nachts nicht weg und wieder hin, da der Nachtbus nur Freitag und samstags fährt
