From the first use, the toilet did not flush properly (water level rose almost to rim, and slowly drained out, but not completely). The front desk clerk told us she didn't have anyone who could look at it, and we should ask for a plunger when we returned after our evening out. We did, and plunged ourselves, only to have the toilet "run" all night. The next morning I walked up to the desk to check out. The clerk did not look up at all. I said, "hello, we're checking out." Without looking up, she told me to put the keys in the box on the counter. I then said that I wanted to follow up on the problem with our toilet and suggested she file a maintenance report because our plunging had not solved the problem. She sullenly told me that if the night clerk had reported it, she couldn't do anything else about it. I said I had no idea if it had been reported and that she could check on that so the next customer didn't have to deal with it as we had. She ignored me and didn't respond.
Otherwise, the hotel is run down and the "breakfast" was lame.
