Great location for a family gathering at Christmastime. Glad we opted for being in town, walkable to spa and shopping and the holiday events. Plenty of things to do for 3 nights in Berkeley Springs. The home was full of charm and surprises! Host was attentive and responsive.

The house is charming. Everything was clean. Steps from the main road, shops, restaurants, and the farmer's market was right outside the door. The manager was very responsive to our communications. We enjoyed the fire pit at night. Highly recommend.

So much fun My daughter-in-law suggested that we celebrate every birthday here when we were getting ready to leave. We loved the hot tubs, the sauna, the speakeasy was so much fun for the kids and it was within walking distance to everything. We will definitely be returning.
