Good location not far from the train station with a reasonable price! Supportive and friendly staff ❤️❤️ The room overall is great but if you don’t like darkness, this might not suit you well because there are only two small headboard lights in the room.

On the first day of arrival, I was told that the elevator was not working. My room was located on the fifth floor, and I had to carry a 15 kg suitcase upstairs by myself, without any help from the staff. The lighting in the room was sooo poor. There was no main ceiling light, and at night it was very difficult to see properly. I also found a very large insect in the room, which was unpleasant and concerning. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was extremely unstable and often did not work at all. The shower drainage was poor, causing water to accumulate, and the shower curtain was too short, which made me worry about privacy and light coming through. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Location is perfect, very close to a train station and very walkable to various attractions, the staff were very kind and helpful and I have no complaints about the cleanliness of the room. Only minor issues were that we came in the winter and the hotel room was a bit cold, as there was no heating, and also the shower offered very little privacy as it wasn't located inside a bathroom, it was just a frosted glass enclosure next to the bed.

Overall, my experience was mixed, but the first impression really affected everything for me. The staff weren’t very friendly or professional, especially the evening receptionist. At one point he almost charged me twice, which seemed to be because he wasn’t confident using their system, and that really set a negative tone from the start. I also hadn’t realised the bathroom didn’t have a door, something other guests had mentioned in their reviews. On the positive side, the room itself was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Some of the staff didn’t speak English, so we had a few small communication issues, but compared to the first experience, that was a minor issue.

Nice place, does the job. No complaints, 10 min walk from station so travelling is easy.

15 minutes walk from Berlin Hbf to the hotel. The room was smaller than expected.
