Good location with easy access to everything. However, the hotel was hard to find on the first day as it has no reception, which is part of its concept. Unfortunately, construction work was ongoing in the entrance and corridors throughout our stay, with no prior notice, apology, or compensation. Room amenities were minimal—only 2 small bottle of water for the first day and no slippers provided.

The best thing about this hotel is its fantastic location, which is right in the heart of Ku'damm. The sight-seeing busses stop few steps from it. It is not a huge hotel but it is pretty organized and efficient. The breakfast is also worth purchasing. Highly recommended. I will stay here again when if ever I come to Berlin.

There was virtually no service; check-in was entirely self-service. There was no front desk or customer service, and the check-in order number they gave me was a jumbled mess. It wasn't very convenient. The location was alright, not far from the subway station.

Terrible! This is the first negative review in my booking history! Seriously terrible! First, there was no front desk, no front desk at all! The contact number I provided was constantly busy. A WhatsApp chatbot responded, then I was asked to send emails, go through various registration and payment processes, and check-in alone took two hours! Then, the promised buffet breakfast was nowhere to be found! Scammers! I paid for parking but was stuck in the garage for an hour with no signal. My messages went unanswered, and after waiting countless minutes, they asked for proof of payment. After providing proof, they disappeared again, leaving me to pay another 20 euros!
