The hotel was good, and the reception staff were very nice. The accommodation was comfortable and well-maintained.

Great hotel near the central bus station, just a 3 mins walk away. Supermarkets and cafes nearby as well as underground stations. The staff was nice and helpful, check in and check out went quickly. The bed was comfy, the WiFi was good, and my room was really quiet with the windows towards the back away from the main road. Note: the room doesn’t have a fridge or coffee maker - but that was no issue for me in this occasion. Another plus was the welcome drink. I would def recommend this hotel.

Good location, close to the metro, nice basic room, bed was comfortable.

Not bad. The best advantage is good access to public transportation; otherwise, it’s quite far from the city center. The cleanliness was not impressive. The carpet in the room was very dirty, and there were no slippers in the room. We constantly had to wear shoes inside the room, which is very unpleasant because, as I mentioned, the carpet on the floor was not clean at all and you couldn’t walk on it barefoot.

Great location and easy accessibility by underground train and bus. Room is Small but the space is well managed. Decent for a short stay for a solo traveler

The hotel doesn’t have AC in the room this it was quite uncomfortable during the day in June and also the room doesn’t have basic mini fridge kettle or ironing stands which is quite odd. The staffs were quite friendly and the location is perfect.

I find this hotel not suitable for family, I expect cleaner and more silent room. Heating system made noise and windows were not good enough to cancel the streets noise.

This hotel is a little far from the city central. But the tranport is convenient and I would like to strongly recommend the Kebab just opposite this hotel. It is cheap and very delicious. You can take it back to the hotel bar next to the reception with a free drink. That is wonderful :)

Service is good and friendly staff

I didn't make it to the hotel because I had to cancel my Berlin and Dresden trip because the airline messed up and left my baggage at the previous airport. Unfortunately, the hotel wasn't so understanding of my situation and didn't approved my cancellation and refund request unlike the other hotel where I'm supposed to be staying in Dresden. That's just very inconsiderate and lacks customer empathy.

The hotel service is very good. The facilities are a little old, but it doesn't matter.
