Good environment and location, in the city center. Good breakfast and service too

The room was clean, and I had a very enjoyable trip!

The hotel is located in the middle of the city close to Alexanderplatz. The breakfast here is served various foods with great quality.

Initially the room given had been used, so had to go to reception to get it changed. Staff solved it quickly. Location and breakfast were nice and room was decent, but felt a bit small for the price.

The hotel location is superb and really worth its value. The staff are also excellent with their services. Few observations for the management: The pillows are too soft and not all travellers like soft pillows. This didn't allow me to enjoy my sleep at all. There should be an option to choose between hard and soft pillows just the way options are given between two beds or large for the queen's room. Secondly, there should be a chair where customers can sit and relax their backs when lodging. I was forced to sit in the bed throughout when I wanted to relax and study. So many hotels like Intercity hotel have chairs in their rooms for customers.

Noisy early in the morning, uncomfortable duvet and pillows, and the air conditioning was terrible.

the room is tidy and clean, bathroom is also wide and clean room facilities for avrage is pretty good, coffee machiene has not worked, may be l couldn't manage l don't know. l leave from hotel appreciated

Very good and clean hotel and at a good location

We stayed one night and it eas nice

The location is perfect, just five minutes away from Alexanderplatz and in close proximity to various shopping malls. The rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly and breakfast had many great meal options!

Very small room, no wardrobes, no street view, just an inside patio. they do not respect your choice of one bedding (we selected one big bed, got two instead). No refrigerator or minibar. Breakfast was ok, no ammenities (not even shampoo or gel, just one for both things) Rug was not clean, a disapointing experience overall.

The room had a terrible smell. It smelled of an old unwashed man. Dirty carpets, dirty towels, holes in bed linen. Overall cleanliness leaves much to be desired. I appreciate it that after my complaint nice staff gave me a different room, but that new room was smelly as well, I figured it was because of the bad air conditioning system, and I guess old untended carpets also contributed to the problem. In the new room the towels looked clean, but they smelled of fried patties. Overall, it was an awful experience, it was hard to breathe with the air conditioner on as it made the room stinky and humid. That's why I decided to refrain from using it. Luckily, the temperature outside did not exceed +30°C during my stay. This is definitely not a 4-star hotel!!! It barely deserves even 1 star.

Great modern hotel, very convenient location, always a good option in Berlin.
