Receptionist are not friendly , lift condition not good.
Have to take spiral stairs if your room at level 5 and unable to carry big luggage.

Very clean hotel consider a budget hotel in berlin. Staff not friendly and efficient. Lack of customer service but ok to stay overall because it is safe, clean and amenities are sufficient! Recommend for couple of days stay and people on budget.

The service is attentive, clean and tidy, the room is relatively small, and the location is very good, opposite the Kaiser Wilhelm Monument. There are many supermarkets nearby. It is very prosperous and suitable for shopping. It is very close to the zoo and aquarium.

It's really inconvenient. There are no parking lots on some floors, and you have to pay a few euros when you arrive. You can't take a card, so you have to press the machine if you don't have euros.
