Pésima experiencia, no sirve el aire, no hay agua caliente, no les importó. Además no venden nada de tomar, y ya por ultimo, el desayuno que no conoceré ya que me voy es solo de 9:30 a 10:30. No hay staff, solo una persona que trató lo mejor que pudo pero realmente no tiene apoyo.

El servicio y el hotel están muy bien, lo que está terrible es que no hay aire acondicionado y ponen un enfriador que no sirve, la gente que trabaja ahí muy bien el servicio muy bueno pero no se puede estar en el hotel por el calor que es insoportable

El lugar sin duda tiene una vista maravillosa, pero, sinceramente no vale la pena pagar $3,000.00 pejemorlacos por ella, ahora te enlisto por qué: 1.- Por $3,000.00 pejemorlacos uno esperaría que la cama fuera de buena calidad, y bueno, amanecimos con dolor de espalda. 2.- Es un logro monumental poder mediar el agua de la regadera, aunque, mediarla en la tina es mil veces más sencillo. 3.- La habitación cuenta con chimenea… y se ve muy linda y todo, pero, nadie te ofrece ni los horarios, ni algún medio de comunicación para poder pedir el servicio. 4.- NUNCA nos pudimos conectar a internet… 5.- Se supone que el desayuno empieza a las 9:00hrs… eran 9:25 y nada…mejor salir a buscar 👀 algún alimento 6.- El personal es hosco, mal encarados… 7.- En mi caso asistí sin reservación, me dieron la “única” habitación disponible, aunque en la noche y al día siguiente seguía vacías las demás habitaciones. En conclusión… la foto más cara 🫥

Encontré una chinche en la cama y le picó a la persona que me acompañaba, la verdad fue una experiencia terrible, hablamos con el gerente y nos ayudo con lavar la ropa pero sinceramente no regreso a esa estancia
