We enjoyed our stay. Friendly helpful staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed.

Such an amazing hotel stayed here for two nights with my wife and enjoyed the easy location with food close by and so much to do. The atmosphere was very professional and felt high end. The rooms were clean and neat. Only complaint was that the tv only had basic cable and no streaming services but that is a minor complaint if any really. Did not affect the trip at all. Noise levels were low and the service was top tier. Each of my request were accommodated. I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay in luxury and also have plenty of stuff to do! The pool is nice and the bowling alley is one of the best in all of Albuquerque. You are getting great value for you money here.

I loved our stay.♥️ We were at the CHW confrence and loved the native dancers. Mariachi singers were also great! Great experience!❤️ A continental breakfast would have been great. The bed and pillows were heaven. I would like to know where you get mattress bedding and pillows from? 🤷‍♀️

We had never been to this ****** resort and was a unexpected surprise. The room was clean and spacious. Bed and pillows were great. After years of traveling for work I'm very picky and these passed the test. We didn't get there in time to try out bowling alley, but how fun! If we had been there on a Friday, we would have enjoyed their comedy club. We were in the ****** from 11pm -2am and had a great time. Won and loss back and forth without having to bet large amounts. The staff everywhere was amazing. I couldn't believe it when a young security guard came up to me and gave me a $20 I had dropped earlier in the evening. I think his name was Justine. Before we left we enjoyed a GREAT breakfast at the Home Plate. Be sure and try a side of fry bread. Yummy! So, we will definitely return and try to spend more time to enjoy the full experience. The pool and exercise area looked clean and nice too. Thx!

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were clean and comfortable with comfortable beds and pillows. We enjoyed the ****** as well. The pool is gorgeous. Easy to park. El Pinto restaurant was about 20 minutes away and we had a fabulous meal there at this gorgeous restaurant.

The rooms are just OK at best. But the staff and the treatment you will receive here is terrible!! We stayed as a family here, and it was a terrible experience. To the pont that my kids were scared and uncomfortable. We went to the pool, and everyone in our party had a "wrist band" to access the pool. 2 friends came to the ****** and to visit us, and the staff was so hostile and rude. They would not allow our friends to visit in the pool area because they did not have a "wrist band". They were not swimming, just visiting. So we left the pool area, and they continued to harass my husband who stayed behind with the kids. The pool attendant came around several times and was extremely rude, and would say there are cameras everywhere watching you. For no reason! Then the "manager and security" came by and asked who exactly was staying in the room. And there were reports that we were rude. It was so bizarre, scary and unnecessary. It seems like this entire staff is disgruntled and miserable people! We were not being loud, obnoxious or destructive. Just a middle age family trying to take our kids swimming and visit with a couple of friends since we were in town. Stay away from this place. There are nicer rooms with excellent customer service for half the price.
