Stayed here with family for a prebutlins holiday. Staff were awesome and helpful. Restaurant/pub was good too. Room was clean and no issues at all. Was not far from shops/retail park. No noise from the road. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Several members of the family stayed here for a funeral. Staff were amazing and breakfast was delicious and they moved tables together. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. Wi-Fi was fantastic and plenty of free parking. The bar was reasonably priced.

I would not stay here ever again, we stayed in Room 5 on the ground floor and there was talking outside the room all night so had the worst night sleep possible. Because I didn’t report this at the time, I was not able to get a refund even though this was reported afterwards. In my view the room (which was directly outside the walkway to the pub) should never be offered to guests as it is not sound proof either. The room itself was fine and clean

Hotel was Ok but the A29 floods regularly in both directions so you may well find you can not get back to the hotel or out from it. We got stuck trying to drive back in the dark and ended up using a private road driving through a foot of water. Be warned. Currently another fool warning in place - April 24

The rooms were spacious, very clean with everything you could need in the rooms for a short stay. We went for dinner in the restaurant and was immediately greeted by Jamie. He was very friendly, showed us to our seats, made sure we had everything we needed, took time out to make sure we were happy with our meals and actually took the time to help us choose our dessert and explain what was in each one. I don't think I've ever had such amazing hospitality than I've experienced here. Thank you Jamie, we will definitely be coming back

Premier Inn Bognor Regis exceeded all expectations during my recent stay. From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable cleanliness of the room, every aspect of my experience was top-notch. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, while the amenities provided all the comforts of home. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests.

I stayed here on business for 4 nights, great location!, my room was spotless!!!, I asked for extra towels which arrived promptly!, you can help yourself to extra tea, coffee etc at the check in desk, staffing, what can I say!!!…. They are the best!, professional, friendly and nothing is too much trouble, also night team, friendly and helpful!, especially when I locked myself out of my room!!!, will definitely return and recommend!!!, huge welldone guys!!!!👍😊

served half cooked (still frozen) food from breakfast and when reported to server did not care and said she would let the kitchen know and just carried on must be a common thing in the restaurant room was clean and tidy avoid restaurant
