We arrived at the hotel at 6pm after a very tiring journey, having been delayed for 3 hours due to a flat tyre. We were very disappointed at the customer service of their reception which was curt and dismissive in relation to our room and parking arrangements. We did not feel at all welcome. We had asked for a room with garden view but were given a room looking out onto a very unattractive wall with no view. When we explained that we had requested a room with a garden view we were told that there was no possibility of changing rooms as the hotel was full, which was not the case. It took the intervention of the owner for our room to be changed for a garden view, for which were happy to pay a small supplement. The hotel has so much potential and the wine selection and the food in the restaurant was good (although limited due to lack of availability of staff), however our experience was extremely disappointing due to very poor customer service which we have never experienced before over many years of staying at Logis hotels throughout France (4 visited on this holiday in France).

Étape fort agréable ; une vaste chambre confortable avec une super salle de bains. Le dîner -mème si l’on a pas trop de choix- est vraiment succulent, entre autres une généreuse portion de foie gras avec de très bonnes tranches de brioche aux raisins, chaudes: un régal. La carte des vins est bien , variée, avec des prix acceptables. Stationnement sans problème et même deux bornes de recharge fonctionnant rapidement juste sur la place!

Localisation idéale lors de nos déplacements Lyon / Vendée, facile d'accès, le parking fermé, la piscine, pour une halte toujours agréable, sans oublier le confort des chambres et laquait de la table et du petit déjeuner.

Hotel calme, chambre propre, literie confortable dans un petit village sympa avec tous les commerces (y compris pharmacie et station service !) Restaurant avec une cuisine savoureuse et créative grâce à des producteurs locaux et un chef talentueux aussi bien sur le salé que sur le sucré. Service efficace et souriant

Vu les critiques plutôt positives je pensais trouver un très bon restaurant, plutôt déçue par une cuisine qui manque d’imagination et de saveur. Au moment de l’encaissement, un sourire du chef aurait fait passer plus facilement le montant de la facture.

Excellente adresse. Repas gastronomique de grande qualité, service remarquable, joli site, chambre spacieuse. Belle découverte à des prix vraiment raisonnables. Référencent guide Michelin amplement mérité! Une très bonne surprise qui vaut le détour!

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans cet hôtel et nous n'y reviendrons pas. Il ne propose aucun accueil. A l'arrivée on vous donne la clé, l'étage et votre numéro de chambre sans aucun sourire ni petit mot sympa. Nous avons quand même fait 3 hôtels différents cette même semaine avec des accueils chaleureux et bienveillants. Heureusement que la chambres était spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous avons également dîner au restaurant, nous avons très bien mangé mais quel calvaire d'attendre 1/2 heure entre chaque plat, au total plus de 2h30 à table. Nous avons préféré dîner ailleurs le lendemain. Le départ était tout aussi déroutant qu’à l’arrivée, cette fois ci le patron à passé du temps avec moi, enfin une discussion, pour m’expliquer que je ne devais pas faire valider la carte de fidélité Logis hôtel.

On y revient toujours avec plaisir et on en repart toujours très satisfaits. Restauration et hôtellerie sont toujours d'un excellent niveau qui ne faiblit pas.
