Novotel Goa Dona Sylvia Resort

Really badly run hotel, At first they could not find my booking then they checked me out when I clearly stated I had a second booking, my keys got deactivated had to wait outside for nearly 20 mins before they sent new ones, breakfast is horribly bad with flies all over the pastries, croissants hard as a rock even the Executive Chef had to come and prepare 2 basic fried eggs sunny side up soft on top as the other staff could only deliver half cooked eggs simply not good enough I would not recommend this hotel

Novotel hotel management should renovate rooms as soon as possible, it’s looking very old , I think they haven’t change their interior from last 20-25 years, running their hotel with same old interior,Rooms doesn’t give feel of Five star property. Very good for the family.

This resort is excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast is also excellent with a wide variety of foods. A volleyball court close to the beach would be fantastic. The beach shacks close to the resort is also brilliant.

Visited to celebrate my son’s birthday. He liked the place and the children pool. Property is great with direct access of beach. Pools are very nice with natural beauty around. Special thanks to Pari who is very helpful and kind. We will love to visit again

It was a perfect family vacation and we celebrated our son's birthday and our wedding anniversary. The Front Desk team- Ruby, Luke, Manasi and Luny were great. Luny made sure to make our Son's birthday extra special by making him a beautiful Spiderman card ( that is his favourite superhero) The Housekeeping team - Anish, Willsley, Rahul and Sudarshan were great. They took care of us and decorated the room so well that we felt really special. Thank you so much for all that you do. Souvik and Ruby got us a beautiful Anniversary cake and celebrated our special day with us.

I wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for the incredible birthday arrangements made by Ruby. The setup was absolutely stunning, and it was a delightful surprise for my wife. The kids had an amazing time and enjoyed every moment to the fullest. Additionally, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Aftab, Dhananjay and Akshay for their exceptional efforts in arranging the rooms for the birthday celebration. Their meticulous attention to detail and dedication ensured that everything was flawless. It was truly an unforgettable experience. I would also like to commend the manager from Seagull Rakesh and Naong for going above and beyond to make sure our breakfast and dinner were perfect. Their commitment to excellence did not go unnoticed. Lastly, thank you, Danish, for overseeing everything and ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. Your efforts made all the difference, and we are deeply appreciative. Thank you once again for making this celebration so special for us.

One of the best resort in South Goa, Absolutely incredible,We ate solely at the buffet restaurant as the choice of food was wide ranging and full of wonderful flavours. We were cared by the attentive and friendly staff they immediately learned of our liking. All staff that we came across were helpful and charming, special thanks to chefs for such a nice food spread and taking care of all our needs. Chef Arun is awesome thanks again for such a hospitality he came out and spoke with us at length after a scrumptious meal. Will be back soon

Without a doubt one of the best experience I have had , amazing breakfast spread not only that Chef Pankaj,who is amazing person to interact and understand his passion towards the culinary as well guests food habits nevertheless Chef Raju and chef Ashish are also very helpful and came up with alternatives to my food requirements ..one must try their buffet varieties Which are really great culinary journey ……
