Overall, a great location, walkable. The room and private patio were perfect. Great staff, food, etc. We will stay there again!

after flying all night on a red eye. We arrived and they were unable to check us in had to call manager I had already communicated via text with them our flight arrives at 5:30am they were still unprepared.

The staff were understaffed for valet and bell hop. We were in a hurry to get to a major event, waited 40 minutes for our luggage and then went and retrieved it ourselves!

I arrived at 4:30pm and had filled out the check in form in advance, check in was at 3pm and at 4:30pm I was told room was not ready and they didn't know when it will be ready which was really annoying. I asked them to accomodate late checkout in that case and they rejected to accomodate a full late checkout at 4pm amd said i could checkout at 2pm. They said I was going to get free drinks (the VIP access mentioned also free drink per person per stay) but did not get jt. I also confirmed that I did not need valet parking as the street was full of parking spots. I got my room, the room was nice spacious and clean and checked out the next day. Afterwards I received a folio via email and I was charged for valet parking. I had to call them and tell them I was charged and they looked into it then reversed the charge. It is a great location, room was spacious but for the price paid horrible service. I had to run after them to get certain things done and I had to request late checkout when they failed to check me in on time.
