It gives you all the good memories and feelings of LA in one hotel. I really liked the delicate and luxurious service that handled it quickly but quietly.

The price is high, but the whole experience is quite good, the service is first class, the hotel is full of history. It is located in the most luxurious and intimate part of Beverly Hills. It is worth a lifetime.

It was the worst hotel.
I stayed because it was the stage of Pretty Woman, but I am dissatisfied. Arrived by UBER from the road side.
There was a bellboy, but he didn't even help me unload my suitcase from the car.
I'm just standing there blankly. Even though I checked in after 16:00, there was no twin bed room that I had reserved. When I complained, I was told to wait for 20 minutes, so I reluctantly went to the front desk.
I decided to wait on the sofa next to it, but it didn't come to tell me that the room was ready even after 30 minutes. When I asked what happened to the front desk, they said that they had forgotten about it, and I didn't even think they were apologetic. I had a cup of tea at a stylish restaurant on the first floor with a view of the outside, but even if I asked the guide to pay the bill, he wouldn't move. After 20 minutes, the fourth person finally paid the bill. I received the lowest treatment even though I stayed at a super luxury hotel. On top of that, the hotel union was on strike, and from 6:00 in the morning to noon, we put up placards in the hallway of the hotel and shouted drums and shouted loudly. It's noisy and I can't relax.
In the room, there was a notice paper and earplugs saying that the strike would cause trouble. The strike seems to have no end in sight. If I knew there was going to be a strike, I should have informed them before my stay and had canceled it. Even though I paid a high price, it turned out to be the worst trip ever. I think I was clearly racist from the front desk, bellboys, waiters and other hotel staff. Because they were amiable to white customers.
Employees working in such a hotel understand the feeling of wanting to strike.

The room was nice, everything was good, the front desk, all the service staff were nice, the balcony was big.
There was a waiter in the rooftop restaurant who was not very nice (dark skin). When we entered, we asked another waiter which table we could sit at. The waiter was very polite and told us to sit anywhere. As soon as we sat down, the other dark-skinned female waiter came over and said no one had let us sit here, we needed to wait for them to arrange it. The people around us were looking at us, it was very awkward, this was the only uncomfortable part.

Facilities: Great! Although it is an old hotel, the quality of the Peninsula has always been online!
Hygiene: Very good! The room, bathroom and bedding are very clean and tidy
Environment: Luxurious and elegant, every detail of the hotel shows luxury and nobility
Service: Perfect! All hotel service staff are very warm and friendly, and will politely address the guests. The house car service is also perfect, and they also carefully give the guests a pillowcase with their initials! Everything is a surprise!
The Peninsula is definitely the best luxury hotel in Los Angeles, everything makes people feel perfect! I will stay here again when I come to Los Angeles in the future!

The bed was very comfortable and quiet when I fell asleep. The location is very good. The large balcony has a wide view, including the high-rise buildings in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills.

One of the most satisfying hotels in Los Angeles, a little-known restaurant on the first floor. The food is amazing. I’ve never been there. I really didn’t know there was such a treasure restaurant hidden here.
The room facilities are good and new. The internet is great and the bed and pillows are very comfortable.
Toiletries need to be requested and not provided proactively.
The room cleaning was very timely and attentive.
The location is great, just off Rodeo Street, a few minutes walk away.
The only drawback is that the floor is low, close to the road, and a bit noisy.

The hotel is situated near residential areas, so it’s quiet at night and safe. Most of the male staff are kind of friendly however the female staff (one bartender, one at the service desk are extremely rude). When I checked in the hotel, the toilet was flooded and TV remote wasn’t working. They fixed it promptly afterwards which is fine.
However, don’t book the hotel unless you considered these few things:
1) there is a resort fee is $58 USD added on top of your booking, they offer $32 dining credit with the resort fee but charge $8USD for delivery fee for in-room dining (not including tips, tax etc)
2) valet parking is $66USD. There are no many parking options near the hotel so you have no choice but to pay these.
Don’t be fooled by the cheap room prices until you consider these extra cost abovez
So if you stay in the hotel, be prepared to be charged additional ~ $120 USD per night on top of what you’ve booked here on trip .

JJerry Fu - CATERINGThe hotel is located in the wealthy area of Los Angeles.
Facilities: It is a bit old, but it is indeed very classic
Hygiene: Clean. Although the floor of the hotel is old, it is very clean
Environment: Very quiet. Winter may be the off-season. There are few people
Service: Breakfast cost us nearly 1,200 RMB per day, but the restaurant is very beautiful and worth it. There is only valet parking, and the fee is high
