I was booked at another hotel that was absolutely horrible and Hyatt House was so accommodating at getting me a room immediately and allowing me in early. (I’m a travel 3rd shift Radiology Tech) They “saved the life” of someone who helps save lives!

Greatful for the helpful staff. Down to the gentlemen mopping floors. His english was as good as my spanish. However he typef a messge on his phone to let me know the front desk attended stepped away for 3 minutes to use the restroom.

Very good location. Free parking. Decent breakfast However the AC in the room barely worked and getting staff to fix or accommodate was hard. When checking out., we stood at the front for over 10 minutes before anyone came to the desk.

The front desk ladies were awesome, friendly and attentive. Fitness center is the best!! I try to stay at Hyatt properties as much as possible for my business trip, and the fitness centre at this property is the very best. Towels, water and even earphones are fully stocked. Definetely recomended!!

Hotel is very clean. Love the room size. Showers are great, very large with very good water pressure. I always get a suite if available. Work out room and pool area very nice also. Top notch hotel at a reasonable price

parking was simple, check in was quick, and the room was super clean! We didn't have time to enjoy breakfast but it looked so good! Location was also 10/10!

While the hotel itself was nice & clean… I got virtually no sleep because of noisy inconsiderate neighbors stomping & slamming doors endlessly. I’m utterly exhausted! The doors are extremely heavy & slam loudly. Be warned!!
