Good location, close to metro and galata tower. Ali's Father was so nice and kind. Clean Room with AC and hot water!!. Definitely I will stay here if I comeback!.

Management are very kind. Room looks exactly like the photos. Cleaners could be better but all in all, a great experience.

Great location, near all the shops and very friend staff. Only very small complaint is that you can hear EVERYTHING and the door rattles when another is closed, therefore, sleeping could be difficult if you’re a light sleeper.

Great location, lots of nice cafes , bars and Galata tower all close. We had booked a large room, which was not available, as advertised , when we arrived. Spent 1 night in small room, then moved into bigger room with small balcony for the next 2 nights. No discount as payment had been made in advance. No breakfast on site, but good options close by. Bathroom large with good facilities. Stylish decorated room, good bed and sheets.

Terrible!!!!! We booked for galata co hotel But when we arrived at the hotel they moved us to another hotel in the basement!!!! And then they charged us +30$ extra to upgrade our room but they didn’t upgrade and put us 1 night in the basement!!! And also the canceled our booking reservation!!

Hotel without elevator, they are scammers we booked for 32€ per night but when arriving at the hotel the owner told us 43€ for a room in the ba*****t, hotel to avoid, they do not clean the rooms every day In short, very bad stay.
