Dire location. Dirty street. ‘Hotel’ basic. No bar/restaurant.
Room ok but mosquito present.
No tv. No ac remote.
Hotel booked trip on Bosphorus boat. I asked if organizers would collect/drop me at hotel. Minibus collected me at c 10 minute walk from this hotel. Boat dumped passengers at spice market. Organisers vanished.

Mami and the rest of the staff are friendly, helpful and full of smiles! Our room was comfortable and clean even though the bathroom is a bit compact. Each day, we would share our plans and get advice from reception on how to travel, where to go etc. We arrived from the airport via public transport but the hill to the closest Metro station is quite something to behold so we thought it best to arrange an airport transfer when we depart. Mami and his team arranged it for us with no issues!

The hotel’s location is very good. Near the metro and bus station also taksim and galata tower are very near. The rooms are clean ans smells great. The staff is very friendly, helpful and cheerful. They helped us a lot. I very much recommend. Definitely comings back.

The location is really good with easy access to metro and bus. The staff are very friendly and cooperative (one night I needed 20 TL cash and they lend me money!), also very clean and comfortable. If you are looking for an affordable place with good accessibility, this is a great choice.
