Very unsafe, because at 11.30 pm the hotel has no one at the so called "reception" to attend guests, they give you the key to the main hotel door and leave home. If you had any emergency at night, there is no one to call, and if you are stuck at the elevator, you will be left there till the next morning. If you also loose your room Keys(they dont have access cards for the rooms, they give you a big keychain and key) , you will be left out till the next morning. Very small elevator that hardly fits 2 people and 1 suitcase. The manager is best described as rude, provokative and speaks no English, you will have to wait for the translator to be there in order to communicate with him. No one is able to guide you through emergency procedures should you have fire or any other emergency. No emergency instructions at the room whatsoever. Old people will find it hard to access the hotel. Taxi's refuse to drop you off at the entrance because its a pedistrian area, they drop you off about 100 m from the hotel door, so you'll have to walk there with your luggage downhill. Warning :Dont make any nonrefundable payments before you see the rooms and facilities. Otherwise you will loose your money like what happened to me. It cost me 377 Euros for 1 night. And forced to leave the second morning for lack of hygiene, bad rooms and service. The manager assured me that he will refund back my remaining online payment, and then refused to credit back any money, they owe me for the remaining 4 nights. Rooms are extremely dirty, sticky floor, dirty showers, AC is not working, poor lighting at batheooms, dirty sheets and pillows. Very low standards for every aspect
