The location is good , everything around the hotel, booked the room with breakfast is not the best choice because the breakfast there is very simple for that price, so you can have a nice breakfast around the hotel , to be honest the staff in this hotel is not that warmly welcoming at all except the housekeeper name emir is very good person

Tourist scam.
They offer good prices but when you arrive at the hotel, the room is not what they advertise.
Rooms in the basement, noise all night, blocked windows...
Then they say you need to pay extra if you want another room.
Trip.com did not provide any solution.
Stay away from this place.

The location is excellent but this can never be a 4 star hotel
The sockets didn't work
The flush in the toilet doesn't work
Refrigerator doesn't work
Breakfast like a 2 star hotel
Long queue for a coffee
Luckily we only stayed one night
A 2 star hotel is never 4 star

The hotel was nice and the employees were nice as well but they don't offer you to have seat even I was with huge bag pack. (it was my case and experience) . The other thing is that they have a phone number to contact them for help but they DO NOT answer it. I asked them to arrange a taxi for me but I DID NOT have an answer. I had to get a taxi from the airport. Taxi driver charged me 1.450 Liras. The taxi fom the hotel cost me 700 Liras (almost half). I would have safe that money and feel my ore safe . I was really nervous because I didn't know how much the taxi was going to be.
