The hotel was soled out. The first morning breackfast was a total desaster. No personal, almost impossible to have food. Even a problem to have a hot drink.
A bad experience.
Fould of the management. Nobody of the management there.
Just some nice young girl. Of course she could di nothing.
Management should be fired immediatly..

The hotel's cleaning was very poor. They just made the bed, didn't even empty the trash can, and didn't change the towels. No matter how many days you stay in the room, there is only one bottle of water. You can buy a large bottle of water in the lobby for 16 euros. Room decoration - We stayed in a deluxe suite. The photos are very good, but the reality is quite different.
By the way, when I reported the cleaning problem to the front desk during check-out, the front desk just said calmly, "I'm sorry to hear that." Nothing else.

The air condition in the hotel cannot be adjusted by itself. I caught a cold after staying there for two days. The air condition can’t be changed. Too cold in the room of this season.

Every person at the establishment that we encountered was very pleasant. Our room (standard) was very comfortable and clean. The buffet was delicious and varied. The pool was cool but once in it was very pleasant. My partner tried the sauna which was also very good. Very good stay. We recommend without hesitation.
