Ibis Styles Bezons Paris La Défense

My mom forgot her bag at the bathroom, we found it was lost and called the hotel asap, like 3h after we left there. The hotel said they couldn’t contacy the cleaning lady and suggested me to call back the next day. Can’t believe we can’t find the bag back(there are a lot of skincare products inside). they said they can’t find it. It doesn’t make senses, obviously the bag was forgotten there. If the cleaning person throw it, it doesn’t make sense. Why the hotel didn’t call me back to check. Not responsible at all. Ridiculous!!!!

The property is ok but I had to pay extra fees so it’s better and cheaper to just pay and book on site. The room was clean but very small no closet no table some tray and a chair.( for the price you pay you could get a Novotel higher hand). Very noisy . Breakfast was very good, but please stop putting curry in everything ( the chicken links had curry)… The staff was very nice. We had a good experience but for the quality of the space we could have book a Novotel…

Why should I help *******, last time I stayed in Hawaii in a $600 per day villa; it was just a 30 yr old apartment, noisy upstairs, away from everything and ******* was extremely unhelpful. Now about this ibis place , new and next to T2 tram into city, good breakfast included. Would recommend

Pwerfect hotel for two night stay Great location for La Defence Arena and easy tram, metro into Paris centre. Staff were really pleasant and helpful. especially Alexandre, who went beyond helpful on our late return from a Paul McCartney concert a L Defence.

Super close to the tram which was really nice for going into town. The restaurant wasn’t open while we were there and check in was quite confusing as there is no check in desk just a table in the front. The hotel is very clean the rooms are a bit small but very nice. The gym is tiny but worked.
