This hotel is centrally located in Bhilai. It has decently large & clean rooms. The service levels were good. The buffet breakfast spread was ok too with attentive staff to take care of any special menu requests. The hotel has ample outdoor parking too.

I had a fantastic stay at the grand dhillon, the room was very comfortable and extremely clean, I am an English traveler that speaks no Hindi, this was not a problem, most of the staff spoke great English. 10/10 I would recommend a stay in this hotel! All of the staff were very friendly, front desk, food and house keeping was fantastic! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a fantastic stay at the grand dhillon, the room was very comfortable and extremely clean, I am an English traveler that speaks no Hindi, this was not a problem, I was especially Mr Saurabh Duvet he made sure I was happy with everything. 10/10 I would recommend a stay in this hotel! All of the staff were very friendly, front desk and house keeping was fantastic! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Recently Visited Grand Cafe - Hotel Grand Dhillon Bhilai. Cafe sitting area was very pleasant and clean with background music. Ordered Coffee and it was osam. The service was professional and quick. Cafe ***ager Mr Rohit - he is very professional with great personality. Thanks to the Grand Cafe Team!!

This is my first time stay in Bhilai, but as per my expectations I found much more.was thinking in a small city can't be a good hospitality , but after my stay I am very happy that my thoughts was wrong..every point proper sanitization ... They put one table front of my room for food services, they kept my order and politely tell me please keep your clearance here.. keep it up ... I suggested to other can stay their with proper COVID protocol.
